Customer service person ignored me when I was ready to make a purchase. The cinnamon rolls are not fully cooked. I did warm them but if I had known they were under cooked I would have put them in the oven. The price is so expensive. $6-ish per roll. I need to make my own.

Hello so I had a friend buy me a chocolate chip cookie was very happy on getting one till I found out or took a bite of it and it had a Cinnabon in it. It was very nasty. It just ruined the chocolate chip cookie. If it was just a chocolate chip cookie without the Cinnabon, it would be awesome

On November 26 I went to Cinnabon to get a snack for my husband. My husbands sugar was low and needed to get it back to normal. While we were walking to the tables by mistake by husband dropped the cookie. We went up to the girl working, with cookie in hand and asked if we could get another and I explained what happened. She said she couldn’t replace it at no charge because she wasn’t the one that dropped it. I explained to her my husband is diabetic and gets shaky she told me she couldn’t help me. Another one of the employees came up and said the same thing. I asked for manager but no one was available. They took down my number and told me a manager by the name of Jeremy would call me. I still have yet to hear from him. The fact that even after I explained they couldn’t replace the cookie and I brought up several times my husband is a diabetic is ridiculous. Thank heavens for target Starbucks giving my husband a coffee cake and juice. Cinnabon you should be ashamed of yourself

I don’t really leave reviews but this establishment with highly professional and kind to me and my disable daughter, they made us feel safe so im really happy with my purchase and will be coming back again.
