Went here for the 1st time recently and their ice cream was delicious, pricey, but a good treat to have once in awhile. I love ice cream so I had to try cold stone.

Do not give Cold Stone in Montrose your business. We ordered a triple pint of German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream. The posted price was $14.69. When they rang it up at the register it came to $17.41. When I questioned this increase they told me there was a $1.37 sales tax and an additional $1.37 "grocery tax". They could not justify the double taxation and called a superior on their phone. The bottom line was that if I wanted the ice cream we had to pay $17.41 because that is what the register said. We left rather than submit to an illegal tax. All of the girls working there were young and totally untrained. They collectively didn't even know the difference between a quart, pint or half gallon

Went to go get some ice cream with my partner (my partner stayed outside because we had our dog) by the time I got out with our ice cream it was all melted and our total came out to around $22 and I paid with a 30 We were waiting for some change for like what I felt like 30 years ago (being sarcastic of course) but they seriously took a while to get me my change but the ice cream was good and all had sticky hands by the end of it but yeah!

Sweet Treats Galore!******I recently visited the Cold Stone Creamery in Grand Junction, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was lively and fun.The ice cream selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of flavors and mix-ins to choose from. I opted for the NEW Lucky Charms.The prices were reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. The staff was also very accommodating, allowing me to sample a few flavors before making my final decision.Overall, I had a wonderful time at Cold Stone Creamery in Grand Junction. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat in the area!

Sister is allergic to chocolate and employee (lilly I think?) Proceeded to talk her out of her entire order because it "could be in contact with chocolate". In the past new packages have been opened but this girl seemed too lazy to want to accommodate a serious allergy. 0/10 would recommend, atleast as long as this girl is working there.
