Silk Almondmilk mixed up with Peakan Nuts, was soooo good. The guy who served was very kind an nice. Everything great and soooo delicious

Bought ice cream cake which I had bought before back in January and it was delicious. So , bought same one again in June , . Ice cream was very good ,but the cake part was very dry. Everyone avoided eating the cake . Ate just the ice creams portion . Not worth how expensive the cake was.

This Cold Stone creamery is excellent! The staff was very polite and friendly, the variety of treats outstanding, and the place was immaculately clean.
I had never been here before and went with a big group of friends. The delicious decadence was so refreshing on an unseasonably warm spring day that we cannot wait to go back!

My ice cream looked like cheese.. it was stretchy??

Maybe have more then two new people to run the store during rush hours on a weekend or better yet don't hide and hoard the lids so we don't have to wait in a 30 minute line to ask for one so the ice cream we paid for isn't trash by the time we get back to it. Figure it out

Went here for the 1st time recently and their ice cream was delicious, pricey, but a good treat to have once in awhile. I love ice cream so I had to try cold stone.

Do not give Cold Stone in Montrose your business. We ordered a triple pint of German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream. The posted price was $14.69. When they rang it up at the register it came to $17.41. When I questioned this increase they told me there was a $1.37 sales tax and an additional $1.37 "grocery tax". They could not justify the double taxation and called a superior on their phone. The bottom line was that if I wanted the ice cream we had to pay $17.41 because that is what the register said. We left rather than submit to an illegal tax. All of the girls working there were young and totally untrained. They collectively didn't even know the difference between a quart, pint or half gallon

Went to go get some ice cream with my partner (my partner stayed outside because we had our dog) by the time I got out with our ice cream it was all melted and our total came out to around $22 and I paid with a 30 We were waiting for some change for like what I felt like 30 years ago (being sarcastic of course) but they seriously took a while to get me my change but the ice cream was good and all had sticky hands by the end of it but yeah!
