The atmosphere is great. However, extremely overpriced!!! I paid close to 20 bucks for toast, brewed coffee and a hot chocolate. The 2 pieces of toast came out and combined were the size of half a one dollar bill. My medium coffee came in a tiny cup, was gone in about 6 drinks. Extremely disappointed.

This place is extremely overpriced. My friend ordered toast for her daughter and she got two skimpy slices with butter for $5, what a ripoff. The coffee is good, but also overpriced.

I really liked the Cortado. I got here!
Amazing service, coffee and atmosphere. Very quirky. Plenty of places to sit.

This place is a great place to hang out, do your work (free wifi). Food was good though the avocado toast with a little of the black bean hummus was only one slice of bread.
They could be fully vegan for 5 stars. Great place to stop in. Like an oasis in a desert. There are very few legit vegan options in Grand Junction and Copeka has them. Simply removing or modifying items doesn't count as "vegan options" for me. Luckily, Copeka has options in spades!
Excellent coffee, matcha, and pastries. Service was great.

The most authentic 'flat white' we've found in America (and believe me, we've tried them all). Healthy food in a healthy portion size. Great vibe, inside and outside. Wish this place was in my hometown!

I thought I was going to love this place, but it’s kind of a let down…
The portions are too small, some of the drinks are really good but many are just meh, same goes for the sandwiches.
Also… they always seem to be out of stuff or do weird things like close the kitchen awkwardly early leaving hours where they’re open but can’t do much for you except pour coffee…
It’s just okay. I will probably go to tacoparty next time. That place was awesome.
They are pretty accommodating to dietary restrictions and have a lot of options for veg/vegan.

Wonderful coffee shop. Their beverages are good, the staff is nice, and they let me sit for hours while I study. Good people.

Took almost 20 minutes to get toast with peanut butter. They were busy talking to eachother. Their coffee was mediocre as well. The toast was done but they decided to just leave it there the whole tim Go down to Mountain Air Roasters or Kiln! I ordered one of their toasts that comes with peanut butter, honey, and blueberries. Tasted good, but It came with the smallest piece of bread. For $13 I expected at-least two pieces! It didn't mention the greens on the side.

Does this look like it's worth $14 to you?
The drinks are good, and so is the atmosphere (great for working), but I was really disappointed by the food. A panini cost $13 and it had barely any substance to it. No sides or anything. I get that it's expensive to run any restaurant, but this is pretty unfair to the customer. I'd recommend coming just for the vibes and the coffee :)
