We went yesterday to enjoy a butter burger and fish dinner ., it was awful to say the least the hamburger was like a flat non existent burger the bun looked like a ginger went through the to and was not the normal I used to enjoy . Fish was abundant but so great it drenched the ff and ugh not going back ever !! Sad it used to be good .

Terrible management. They prioritize drive through orders before online orders. I had ordered my meal online and it said it would be ready a certain time. I got there at that specific time to see a huge line at the drive through. I parked on the side to wait for my order. All of those people at the drive through got their order while I was waiting for over 30 minutes. I called the manager to ask about my order any they didn't even start it yet so I asked to cancel it. She had a bad attitude and did not seem to care. Will never go back.

Manager has no customer service. My patty is paper thin and he said this is just how it is. He said the beef is “pre-portioned” I’ve had Culver’s many many times in Denver and my butterburger has never been so paper thin. This was by far the worst $14 I’ve ever spent. Manager wasn’t willing to remake it or refund me. He said I can leave a comment and that’s the best he could do. This guy shouldn’t even be a manager. No people skills, no experience being a manager, and horrible customer service. Why did you hire him?

Next time I come in for food it would be great to not have a guy with super long hair handling my food, because I don’t like eating people’s hair! They should be wearing a hair net! Does this store have a manager? I love the food, but get treated like trash all the time! Hurry up and leave is how I feel! But yeah the guy working drive through with the super long hair…. That’s gotta stop!

Had a great first experience with Culver's. The guy that took my order recommended the mushroom and Swiss and it was perfect.
Staff was nice, restraunt was clean and tidy. Wish they would bring back the pot roast meal.
