Manager has no customer service. My patty is paper thin and he said this is just how it is. He said the beef is “pre-portioned” I’ve had Culver’s many many times in Denver and my butterburger has never been so paper thin. This was by far the worst $14 I’ve ever spent. Manager wasn’t willing to remake it or refund me. He said I can leave a comment and that’s the best he could do. This guy shouldn’t even be a manager. No people skills, no experience being a manager, and horrible customer service. Why did you hire him?

Ordered the cod filet sandwich got back to work to eat my sandwich on my lunch break and there was no top bun on my sandwich but still a delicious sandwich overall

Next time I come in for food it would be great to not have a guy with super long hair handling my food, because I don’t like eating people’s hair! They should be wearing a hair net! Does this store have a manager? I love the food, but get treated like trash all the time! Hurry up and leave is how I feel! But yeah the guy working drive through with the super long hair…. That’s gotta stop!

Food was absolutely delicious! It was our first time eating at a Culver's. Lady at the drive through had a bit of an attitude when we told her we didn't want the drink carrier.

They were short staffed so we couldn't get in had to walk the drive through but they opened up shortly and the food was awesome.
Love their cones and my pups love their pup cups. Sometimes their drive thru closes early though.

We dined in which went great. Ordered online for carry out for our kid. Asked 2 different staff members about or order when it was due. Manager came out and found the food under the warmer at 7:30. 5 stars for ordering in. 2 stars for online carry out service.

Wonderful cod dinner, so fresh and delicious and their burgers are by far some of the best and that’s not to mention the ice cream. My husband and I try to go to Culver’s at least once every two weeks just to enjoy their great food service and atmosphere.

Food and frozen treats were excellent. The attention of the staff was lacking as the people behind the counter were joking around with the kitchen staff rather than greeting guests and taking orders. However Alexis was running orders outside, taking counter orders, and delivering them to tables. She obviously has excellent work ethic.
