Had to repeat order to client multiple times, when another barged in yelling. Absolutely disrespectful, and unprofessional. No common courtesy — was parked for order and waited over 15 minutes so left.

Have gone to this location prolly over 100 times in last 10 years. They have never once gotten my order right.

I have ordered from this location quite a few times through DoorDash. The food is usually as mid as I expect from any Junction fast food and sometimes it is good! But I came all the way here to say that the drinks suck every time. Not sure if it’s a machine issue, but I am sure it’s a management issue. I just know they’re in the back telling the employees that “if they ordered no ice don’t fill the cup all the way up!” This isn’t Starbucks babes, it’s a fountain drink BFR. I wouldn’t be leaving this review if that was it though, the syrup and carbonation combo has literally never once been right. I’m disappointed I’ve ordered this many times but I’m one for second and apparently fourth or fifth or seventeenth chances but… damn guys not even good drinks smh

The only reason for the 1 star is because the warehouse has been out of pumpkin pie pieces for their pumpkin pie blizzard for 2 weeks now. That is the best part of the blizzard!!

Love it, & my points, which can be used towards food & treats. Can't beat the $5 mix & match. Their fries and burgers are delicious. New deals & offers in the app often. $7 meal deal is great as it comes with a drink & a sundae. You can also use points towards an ice cream cake. Excellent food.

The staff was so alert to mine and others needs. One young lady stopped her lunch at a table. Seeing I lost came and pleasantly ask me if she could be of helpl figuring out how the pop machine worked. The waitress at the counter pleasantly assisted me in my order and a short time later delivered a hot meal.lt all made for a pleasant lunch in a hectic day of mine. THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE THAT WORK AT DIARY QUEEN ...GOOD TEAM WORK BOSS👍

I only buy dessert items from here so I cannot attest to the food, but, you can't go wrong with anything else
