The staff were so sweet except I think her name was dawn. I was trying to talk to her and she took a call middle of conversation! RUDE!

Service sucks can take an order accurately

Just got icecream from here today. The staff were super friendly and the icecream totally hit the spot ✨️

I only buy dessert items from here so I cannot attest to the food, but, you can't go wrong with anything else

We got 2 chicken strip baskets and the chicken and fries tasted like lemon bleach cleaner . We couldn't eat it at all . We tried calling the store but no one would answer !

Worst Dairy Queen ever! Wife went in to get a couple meals for the fam and the girl working the front desk refused to give us the food that we wanted, food that was on the menu. We have cash and we wanted the brownie but for no reason at all she just kept saying no, very strange interaction, she might be in drugs. Save your 30 dollars and go somewhere else

Was told they could only do vanilla cones. Their machine is always broken and the interior is typically dirty. Floors and tables have filth. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. No staff around, I called out multiple times. I physically called the store to get assistance.

Don’t go anymore since they quit serving butterscotch dipped cones.

Blizzards were not turned upside down and one was given to me as a soup not icecream. Had it redone and they didnt mix well. They also never retuned my debit card. Wasnt staffing because there were like 5 people back there.

Bad experience again. The last few times have been disappointing. We were asked to wait for our order at the drive thru parking lot. We waited for over 10 minutes and our order was wrong and fries were cold and stale.

The employees were in the back and only 1 up front working drive thru. When they finally came up front to take our order they acted like we were an inconvenience. The blizzards were a mess on the outside of the cups and only about 3/4 full.

Bunch of high schoolers work here and are in no mood to work. All they do is gossip and hang out with their friends in the back. Waited 30-40 minutes for my food because of this. Super annoyed.

6/12/24 I just finished an OT shift at the VA Hospital and wanted to pick up ice cream for me and the night crew that took over for me as I wasn’t able to complete everything and had to pass some work off. I got to the drive-thru at 10:51 and there was a car in front of me that received food. My order was never taken. I looped around and went to go inside at 10:54 since I saw a group of 2 people go inside and pickup ice cream and leave at 10:53. The door was locked and I was stared at by the workers. It was not 11:00 so I went back to the drive-thru and stayed until 11:00 with no order taken. 3 workers present and a man sitting at a table were present.
