Never got any food. Went to get my "birthday blizzard". After 10 minutes of trying to navigate their website to place the order, I gave up and went home empty handed. From now on, when I want ice cream, I'll go to Enstrom's.

Literally the worst service ever. Ordered, paid, never received said order and got yelled at for asking about it. This was after we had tried the drive through and were completely ignored after they greeted us and told us to order with no response for 10 min

It was above average for a DQ. If you're ever in GJ I suggest stopping here for a quick bite because the girls who work at the DQ are super kind and did their best to make our order right by us. ? we were on a long drive and it was nice to be able to have a conversation with a stranger even if it was just a small conversation.Parking: Parking was fine. It was easy to park in the DQ parking lot.Kid-friendliness: It was decently kid friendly. It's a DQ.Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah. It was wheelchair accessible.

Drive through order around 4:40pm. Cheese curds were burnt. I thought I ordered a large but ended up having a regular order on my receipt. Mini blizzards are also now $5. I've had really poor dipped cones from this location in the past as well as burnt cheese curds on other occasions. I gave it multiple tries before this review in the last two years. DQ is the next fast food business to go out. I won't be back.

Close by many restaurants, so it's the perfect after spot for dessert! Lots of tables inside. Also have a drive thru. Lines usually pretty long but service gets orders out quick. I ordered the Oreo and Brownie Cupfection. Really good just wish all my press weren't stashed down at the bottom.
one of the workers, i believe named kale, always has a bright smile on her face, and is incredibly nice. the really brings a shine to the atmosphere. i hope she’ll get some credit for what she does in the
Needs to have more relaxed employees and not run everything to the bone. To make one ice cream cup with chocolate drizzle takes way too long if you have to replace both mixes for ice cream and the hot fudge... just an off day but I come here on off days only I guess.

This place is nasty. My kids love blizzards, so I reluctantly come here. But it’s ALWAYS filthy, with dirty equipment, nasty prep bars, ice cream machines look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in years, food waste everywhere, sticky messes all over their syrup pumps, flies all over, shoes are liable to forever stick to the floor cause they never run a mop and every table requires a wipe down before you can sit down.Awfully ran establishment. I think if it wasn’t for the drive through hiding the mess of this place, it would have gone out of business a while ago.

Blizzards are awesome, and anything else cream wise, the food are not that great, it's kind of bland, no flavor whatsoever,fries are mediocre seen better ones even in smaller hamburger joints. Prices are a little higher than BK or MikeyDees.
