Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Pretty slow service for 1 item, it took about 20 minutes. There were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru, but by the time I left there were 5 or 6 behind me. A large ice cream order was sitting by the window getting warm while I waited for my food. Staff seemed friendly enough and gave my dog some ice cream. Flame thrower chicken strip basket with soft serve was good.

STAFF IS DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Wouldn’t give Me My Food When I Asked for it just Wanted to Tell Me to Leave without Giving Me My Order.

Ordered from the app and got fries that looked burned but still cold inside. My chicken was raw literally still pink check out the picture. I called the complaint and they say that the mailbox is full. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dairy Queen. I ordered a dilly bar, which was put on top of and within the hot food which wasn’t hot and it didn’t even melt the dilly bar that’s how cold the food was.

Went to this location twice this week. Both times our blizzards were mostly ice cream. Don't order a blizzard here. You'll pay $6 for a cup of soft serve ice cream. For that money go to Graff Dairy for really good soft serve.

Girl at window very rude! Came through drive thru 20 minutes ish ago(8:00pm) she had a huskier build and was glaring at me every chance she got

There is always something wrong at this location. Last time I came, their fryers were down. This time, they only have syrup for like 3 of the drink options. I would avoid this DQ for everything except simple ice cream.

Your customer service needs some serious help! Especially dude working your drive thru.

Nice change here. Tables were clean. Service was good. Someone even asked if we'd like some water. New mgmt? Nice job if so.

On vacation stopped by here for a couple blizzards after a hike in 100 degree heat. The gal working the front counter was extremely friendly and was working very hard to keep all the customers happy. Would definitely recommend this location.
