Ordered from the app and got fries that looked burned but still cold inside. My chicken was raw literally still pink check out the picture. I called the complaint and they say that the mailbox is full. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dairy Queen. I ordered a dilly bar, which was put on top of and within the hot food which wasn’t hot and it didn’t even melt the dilly bar that’s how cold the food was.

Went to this location twice this week. Both times our blizzards were mostly ice cream. Don't order a blizzard here. You'll pay $6 for a cup of soft serve ice cream. For that money go to Graff Dairy for really good soft serve.

Girl at window very rude! Came through drive thru 20 minutes ish ago(8:00pm) she had a huskier build and was glaring at me every chance she got

There is always something wrong at this location. Last time I came, their fryers were down. This time, they only have syrup for like 3 of the drink options. I would avoid this DQ for everything except simple ice cream.

Your customer service needs some serious help! Especially dude working your drive thru.

On vacation stopped by here for a couple blizzards after a hike in 100 degree heat. The gal working the front counter was extremely friendly and was working very hard to keep all the customers happy. Would definitely recommend this location.

I come her every so often to pick up lunchs for work it's been almost every time I'm waiting in the parking lot for 30 to 40 minutes past opening time because they have not yet opened

My tire blew out in Craig. Spare is no good. All tire shops closed in Craig on a Saturday?🤔?
Get a tow to 'Junction ($🤑☹️$). Tow truck driver and BMT Auto are my heros. Three dogs, two people, finally back on the road after breakdown ordeal, and this DQ is on the way home. Best Recess Blizzard ever...also other food good too. The End.

1000% better than the North Avenue location. Worth the drive.
