My first choices were on the menu but not available, no onion rings to boot, surely I found sufficient replacement 😀

The woman at the drive-thru didn't want to serve me. I asked her for a Blizzard cheese cake and she told me there was no cheese cake. I asked her for a Blizzard red velvet and she told me she didn't know Spanish. I think red velvet is red velvet here and in China it's English. She said she didn't understand Spanish, she didn't understand, that's racism on the part of that woman. That was about 10 minutes before 4 PM. She's a razist. That woman had never happened to me when I was denied service at a DQ.

The guy that works at night at the drive-through window has amazing customer service honestly don't think I have seen customer service like this anywhere except Chick-fil-A. He should get paid a decent amount just for his customer service what a great guy I wish I had got his name to put it here but I did not.

Service was terrible! All my drinks I ordered were diet sodas instead of regular and was missing a drink entirely. The spicy chicken sandwich came with little to no lettuce and tomato and no sauce at all. Clearly their workers need to pay attention to orders

They had the thermostat set for 98 degrees Fahrenheit. It was hotter inside then outside. Our icecream was melted by the time we sat down at the table.

Went and got two medium blizzards on July 4th. Paid $13.65 for two milky cups of something. Way overpriced for ice cream that is not frozen. To top it off I watch the young man that made mine scrape the top of it off into the trash can and the other one was over the top of the cup. Won't be buying ice cream from there for awhile
Management is very disrespectful and immature
with really bad customer service.
Don't work for this company the managers share personal information and slander their employees.

I ordered a small vanilla cone at the drive through and I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before it started to drip aggressively on all sides of the cone. I had to throw away half of it because it was so liquidy. Definitely wasn’t frozen enough.
Also it was $4 for a small vanilla cone??? Go to Burger King or McDonald’s for an equivalent product for less than $2 or pay $1-2 more and get real ice cream from a local ice cream shop.
I didn’t want to do it Dairy Queen but that was a pretty bad experience.

Just don't. We waited at the counter for over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. They did a dipped cone incorrectly, it was supposed to be chocolate, chocolate dipped with sprinkles. We ordered a chicken strip basket and received pretzels after a 10 minute wait. After waiting even longer, the manager (?) was annoyed because I asked for a refund instead of the food. Apparently, she was dealing with the health department. We were in the store for about a total of 40 minutes.

Slow service we were in drive through lane for about 30 minutes and only 2 cars in front of us. Nothing was made right, cheese curds were in the fryer so long there was no cheese left in them. Spent almost $70 for 4 people and not 1 meal was correct. Wont be going back.

I usually only use the drive-thru at lunch time. I just want to say that Kehlie was super friendly and even though I have to wait for my order at the front of the building when Kehlie brought the order to my car she was very nice and apologetic about me having to wait. She's a keeper it's hard to find good employees.
