Stopped in for what we hoped would be a quick breakfast. Place wasn't busy, and wait staff was very friendly. Food took a while to come out and my kids waffle was black and crunchy, and my pancakes were so underdone that when I cut into them the middle just squirted out raw batter. At that point we didn't want to wait anymore for food to be redone so we ate the eggs and bacon and left.

All of our Dennys closed years ago where we are from so when we saw one in Grand Junction I was so excited to take my kiddos for the experience. It was better than I remember! Our server Heather was incredible! The food was great. Thanks Heather and Dennys for giving us a great experience!

We had a great dining experience at 710 Horizon Dr. in Grand Junction Colorado. Rachel was our server and Cody was the manager. They run an efficient and pleasant service operation. The food was excellent as always and we really felt like family after a brutal day on the road. We left knowing that we will visit again soon.

They made my French toast with garlic bread
Burnt the scrambled eggs on one side and left them raw on the other
Smeared some kind of nasty looking brown stuff that burnt all over the pancakes but raw and gooey inside
the sausage was mush and did I mention
THEY MADE MY FRENCH TOAST WITH GARLIC BREAD.
Also I ordered ahead, drove 25 mins and STILL had to wait 20 mins for my food.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Nevermind. These idiots burned eggs, pancakes, and used GARLIC BREAD for French toast without telling the customer. Cool glad someone doesn't have a garlic allergy... OH WAIT

We go to this Denny’s all the time and unfortunately the service gets worse every time we go there. Typically it’s just servers doing the bare minimum but, this time it was like our server couldn’t do anything right. They tried to make excuses to not give us everything that came with the French toast meal. Never brought us the sugar we needed so we had to take it from an empty table. Brought out my partners food a bit before any of my food came out and didn’t even acknowledge it. Then reached over me to give me the syrup and when we weren’t even halfway through our meal tried to rush us out the door and give us to-go boxes. They also didn’t ask if we wanted anything else and just served us the bare minimum. Once I tried to talk to a manager about it Denise didn’t seem to care either. Made an excuse for the server and took the coffee off our meal for a “discount.” I didn’t even get one “sorry” out of her. Not to mention my over-hard eggs were undercooked and so was the bacon. My partner also said he felt like he got much less wings than usual. Don’t expect much if you come to this Denny’s.

The only thing typical about this Dennys is the food. The food was hot and tasty. Same as every other Dennys you go to, so that's airways nice. Now getting said food however, that was the challenge. There was plenty of staff, many seemed like they were doing nothing and a few seemed like they were doing many things. The organization was completely out of order. We got seated quick enough. The booth we had a broken seat on one side, like the support below was not there anymore so you had to sit on the sides to have a crossbar for your butt. We would have asked to move but no one came by for a good long while, everyone who wandered by looked rushed yet not occupied. Anyhow, we finally got our order, then we got each plate of each item of food individually. One plate for pancakes, one for eggs, one for bacon. There were 2 of us so there was a total of 5 superset trips the waitress made to bring all of our food. She did bring both plates of eggs at once. Mind you, we were seated literally across from the window to the kitchen, all she had to do was turn around and set it down. I'm just not sure what was going on there, there were a few customers but not busy weigh to warrant this kind of odd service. The waitress was pleasant enough even if not present enough. I just wanted a cheap plate of food that I knew what I was gonna get, and it served that purpose for sure. Other than that, I'll likely sirens the extra couple bucks elsewhere just so i don't have to endure the 10am Dennys show again. I do not recommend this place as a sit down, surely a to-go would be fine?

Great staff clean place not to big or small but just right when you don't want to be around a lot of people at times food is always fresh and good taste great I highly recommend this restaurant to all who are looking for great food at great prices awesome staff friendly welcoming as a kid my Dad would stop at Denny's being a truck driver that was the only place that had great food at 2am and every employee was always friendly and welcoming 5 stars keep up the great job!
