The female manager didn't smile once. The brisket and sausage was overcooked mac n cheese tasted like it had been watered down and after I finished my meal, could only choke down maybe a third of it, I heard one of the employees say that they were just sick the night before and were at work! Sure enough, the next day I wake up sick as a dog! This place sucks! It's expensive, too. Definitely not worth anyone's time!

Tried for the first time since they’ve been here and the brisket was like eating a rubber chicken with no flavor, not to mention there was zero smoke flavor. When asking the staff about the smoking system they used, all they could tell me was they have the best cooking system in the country. This place is awful and I wouldn’t recommend this nasty place to anyone!

Stopped driving thru town sick of fast food. This was awesome!! Phenomenal ribs! The sides were delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was modern funny and clean. Thanks guys!! You deserve a better rating. And thanks for the free ice cream.

Accidentally ordered from the Clifton location. Which makes Dickeys look bad. 😭 What a waste of money.

If you’re looking for a place with an employee that loves to argue, gives you 1/3 of your order and has an inconsistent quality of food this is the place to go! After placing a $200 order, all of which included 9 meals with little to no modifications, we were argued with and treated poorly for checking our bags because there was no way all of our food fit in one bag. The employee was very defensive and argued many times that checking the food would “affect the quality of the food” and assured us it was “all in the bag and if not, call back and let him know because he was too overwhelmed and stressed out over the order” After a huge ordeal was made by the employee as he raised his voice multiple times, we figured out we were missing all of our sides, multiple meals and a drink. While waiting for our food to be made we watched an employee lick sauce off of their fingers and proceed to grab our food and bag it. Overall it was a terrible experience, especially while trying to celebrate my parents’ birthdays. Never had an issue here before but after this interaction we won’t be going back.
