The Fact That I Had to lesser the Order to just order online is ridiculous and that needs fixed I should be able to order what ever I would like with my cash I didn’t have more than $30 on a card that’s why I used cash dominos I’m not the only person annoyed about this please fix it

We ordered via delivery: a medium-sized pizza with a side salad, mac and cheese and a cheese steak sandwich. Apparently, the pizza had already been previously cooked and then served us a re-heated pie - it was dried up and hard as a rock -- basically inedible. The meat in the cheese steak sandwich was black and dry, as well. Inedible. The salad was pre-made and the wilted lettuce was pathetic. We ended up throwing everything in the trash, what a waste of money! All this for almost $50.00 and we were still hungry after having to throw the vile food out. I called the store to file a complaint and the "Manager" was condescending and rude. He kept telling me that I was rude, when in reality, he was the one who was unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up hanging up on him. VERY UNPLEASANT experience and it ruined me and my husband's lunch. I will never order from Domino's again and I will spread the word to all of my friends and family to boycott this wretched eatery.

Called to place a take out order and they decided to pick up the phone then hang it up on me without even saying a word I guess they are too good to even take peoples buisness these days

I ordered online I may have mistakenly selected pickup, But when I requested delivery after id have called the store, to switch it. They wouldn't give me the time of day. I have been a regular for over 10 or so years. Never had a problem. EVER! Used to love this place. Well no more of my business. PAPA JOHNS all the way!

Terrible. They hung up on me after an hour and a half wait. Told me it was going to be another hour and a half. Very caddie, bad attitude with no offer of any restitution for a 2.5 hour wait they didn’t let us know when it was a 30 minute order time. Never again, especially for a pizza that’s midocre in the first place. But the attitude that people should just accept 6x wait time is insane.

They're always fast with delivery to my business. Bruce is typically our driver and he is fantastic, always an enjoyable interaction. He just seems like a great guy overall and stops to show our shop kitties some love :)

3rd time in a month I have ordered online for in store pick up with a 7-12 minute pick up time. I waited 25-30 minutes to leave my house for the store and I’m told it will be ANOTHER 45 minutes or so before my order is ready. The previous two times I cancelled my order and got a refund. This time I used points for my free pizzas so I can’t cancel or I’d lose the points. Something needs to change.

Manager Kim hung up on me. Extremely rude. I was told there is nothing they could do, kept interrupting me, and didn’t listen. The online quote time was 23-35 minutes. My husband called after 1.5 hours and was told it’s going to be at least another hour and a half. They could not wait to cancel our order and cancelled it before even getting confirmation that is what we wanted. My kids were excited about pizza night and needless to say that didn't happen. This team needs a course on customer service. Offer solutions. Bad look for Dominos.

The order took twice as long as the app said it would take, and while I was waiting, I watched the young kid handle cash from a customer, then go straight to making food without washing hands or using gloves and this looks like the normal practice for everyone, will not be back.

This location is always clean, courteous, and on time with our orders! And most importantly… the pizzas are consistently good and that’s quite an accomplishment for a restaurant on the western slope! Thanks to all the staff and management and keep up the good work!
