Amazing service and great food. We had a small issue with our order but the store was courteous on the phone and worked quickly to make it right for us. And went above and beyond! So grateful to this store. We will visit again when we come back to town!

Worst customer service ever! Sent the wrong pizza then when we called to fix it they were rude and told me to come down to argue. Mike the GM was extremely rude from the very start of the phone call. Then as walking out the employees made rude remarks! Plus it took an hour to even deliver!

This was a disgusting expensive experience. They urge you to order online I get in there and the miniscule pizzas were 56 dollars. The cashier states, oh if you called me I could have given you coupons. Oh really. He doesn't even try to fix the problem. I'm over this place. Not recommended. It's a rip off. The end.

Ordered a thin crust pizza, when it finally arrived an hour later I opened the box and noticed there was a square missing. When I called to have the issue resolved the manager was irritated because I wanted a new one sent out instead of getting it credited for next time. So another 40minutes later I finally get the pizza I ordered, just to have it scrambled all over the box as if it had been shaken up in the box the entire time. Really disappointed I called at 9pm and it's 11pm now with this 'new' pizza.

Placed an order today in grand junction at the 904 north ave store Went to go to pickup order was 25.50 and I had a 50$ bill restaurant refused to break the 50$ noting some hand printed sign about no change for larger bills As a pizza delivery place who deals in cash and cards everyday all day this is unacceptable I ended up walking out with no food and an extreme distaste in this establishment to turn customers away over 25$ in change I’ll never order from dominoes again

The Fact That I Had to lesser the Order to just order online is ridiculous and that needs fixed I should be able to order what ever I would like with my cash I didn’t have more than $30 on a card that’s why I used cash dominos I’m not the only person annoyed about this please fix it

We ordered via delivery: a medium-sized pizza with a side salad, mac and cheese and a cheese steak sandwich. Apparently, the pizza had already been previously cooked and then served us a re-heated pie - it was dried up and hard as a rock -- basically inedible. The meat in the cheese steak sandwich was black and dry, as well. Inedible. The salad was pre-made and the wilted lettuce was pathetic. We ended up throwing everything in the trash, what a waste of money! All this for almost $50.00 and we were still hungry after having to throw the vile food out. I called the store to file a complaint and the "Manager" was condescending and rude. He kept telling me that I was rude, when in reality, he was the one who was unprofessional and disrespectful. I ended up hanging up on him. VERY UNPLEASANT experience and it ruined me and my husband's lunch. I will never order from Domino's again and I will spread the word to all of my friends and family to boycott this wretched eatery.
