I always order online and normally by the time I get there my order is ready but this morning I waited almost 30 min for my order and finally had to ask someone where it is . They still hadn't made it !!! When they did they just threw it in a bag and threw it on the counter . Not very professional or polite

The CMU location is just bad compared to brick and mortar establishments. The bagels are the only good ones on campus which keeps me coming back, but the service and speed are abysmal. I've been in here and waited 15-20 minutes for simple sandwiches, had my order swapped or messed up several times, and have been grossed out by the lack of cleanliness. I don't know if it's the lack of a proper kitchen or what but they should just close and move to one of the Sodexo spots across the hall, if so.As soon as you get a month or two into the semester, the coffee dispensers start to look really nasty with film and floating flakes of matter visible in the sight glass. Today when I ordered my jalapeno salsa spread on an everything bagel I got it on a BLUEBERRY MUFFIN BAGEL instead. Who was putting that together? did they even think about it? just gross. I did not have time to try and explain to the workers and wait for another. I was hesitant to go in, and ended up regretting it. Won't be back.

Bagels are out of this world, select your entrees for a fab sandwich, you will be talking about it for days and you will return for some more of the fabulous goodness and you will be bragging to your friends about it !

I would be carful eating their their baker Rick Morgan tried blowing up our house stole our car and got it impounded when we kicked him out because he was trying to do to our daughter what he did to her mother when she was a kid which we still have our daughter in speech therapy because of it and can't change her diaper at night without her flipping out for an hour doesn't even have a license or insurance and somehow makes people feel bad for him they have protected him for too long and I wouldn't want to eat anything he makes he tried blowing us up just to keep our mouths shut and will say whatever he thinks will help him not to mention pretty sure he is sleeping with his boss Julie of coarse he will deny everything but what happens in the dark will always come to light

No matter how long the line is, it takes forever for them to do anything. Why is it taking so long with multiple workers? What are they doing? The also frequently mix up orders and do not appear to listen when you order. I will not be continuing to visit.

Plain egg and bacon bagel had avocado and some sort of dressing on it because the employees don’t wipe their utensils between bagels. Long wait as well. If the bagels weren’t so good I would’ve stopped going to Einstein along time ago because each location seems to have these problems.

My pre-exam ritual is coming here and getting a very reasonably priced coffee in my reusable coffee cup that they give me a discount for using. The workers are always EXTREMELY kind and are very helpful to point out deals or specials that are available. Everything is always clean and the service is always very fast. I strongly recommend getting coffee from here rather than the Starbucks that is also on campus.
Bagels are alright.This place isn't too bad.Just wish their drive thru went quicker. Every time I am there, its ALWAYS over 20 mins wait.

Inconsistent quality. Jalepeno bagel with just two slices of jalapeno on it. Apple cinnamon bagels with no apples. Quality has gone down hill of late.

The workers are always EXTREMELY kind and are very helpful to point out deals or specials that are available. Everything is always clean and the service is always very fast. I strongly recommend getting coffee from here rather than the Starbucks that is also on campus.
