Every time you wanna order just know they will not have the bagel you want and are to lazy to make you a new one.

I ordered online. When I arrived they wouldn’t ask, stop or be available to ask for my order for 10 minutes. Many Einsteins have a rack to pick up. Not this one. Wasn’t sure where to stand to have someone stop to ask me why I was there so tried everywhere. They finally waited on someone else, then me. They found it behind the counter with the door dash. When I got to the place I was visiting I realized there was no smear in the bag. Pretty embarrassing. No place provided to offer feedback on the receipt or website so I’m writing here.

Just waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Finally got the food..ice cold breakfast sandwich with ingredients missing. The toasted bagel was cold also. Not going back.

I placed my order over two hours ahead of time to make sure they would have what I ordered and drove from an hour away. I get there and my order is not ready because they dont have most of what I ordered. No notice at all. Having some type of notice would have been helpful to at least cancel and not have to drive all that way. Definitely disappointed 😞

I love the food services great however it's always extremely hot inside here. One of the employees said they keep it that way because they get a lot of older patrons. Also they close at I believe 2:00 in the afternoon. Ugh!
