Service was great and the food was excellent. The thing that surprised me most was that this place is cheap compared to other fast food places.

Terrible service. So slow for one bagel. I don’t get it. I work on food service and holy crap do these people not care about how long it takes them to get food out to customers? Get better.

I mean who doesn't love these bagels?

I come through the drive thru pretty often. Usually I don’t have very amazing service. Although this morning was one of the worst services yet, the lady was EXTREMELY rude. She interrupted me multiple times while ordering to ask if I was done, then when I got to the window she asked if I had a bagel and a cold brew shake (what I ordered)
I said yes and she took my card. She then comes back to the window with an iced cold brew, said word for word (oh hey, I’m sorry but I ordered the shake) she then said “oh great” and rolled her eyes.
I worked at Starbucks for a long time. I understand being busy, I understand hard days. But please if you don’t like your job and can’t do customer service find something else to do. It is miserable coming to a place I enjoy and it always being a bad experience.

I've been ordering using the Mobile App for years now - I order online then pick it up through the drive through. With two young kids, it's great because I don't have to get them in/out of their car seats. However, this last time I ordered, when I pulled up to the drive through they said they couldn't give me my mobile order and I had to go inside, despite it being ready and there not being any line behind me, or any reasonable explanation as to why they couldn't just hand me my order through the window. Of course, I wasn't prepared for this, so I had to go park, get my two sick kids out of the car and go all the way inside (when again, they had NO LINE in the drive through). Then I had to wait in line inside to ask for my mobile order. I also asked to speak to the manager about this because I felt like they were rude when they wouldn't help me through the drive through. Well turns out the manager is who spoke to me through the drive through and she was just as rude in the store as she was when speaking to me through the drive through. Apparently this is a new policy, but I don't understand why anyone would ever order through the App if drive through pick up is not an option. She was just not understanding at all and offered no sympathy or any type of consolation for the inconveninece. I will not be going to this Einstein's again. The one in Fruita is much better.
(Also, as it relates to the food, things that are supposed to be toasted are barely ever toasted - this has happened several times).

Got there early at 6:30 thinking I wouldn't t be late for work. Wrong. Only person in line and short lady with black shirt, black hair with glasses keeps talking (telling personal stories and gossiping)to her guy employee making the orders. They had their backs to the counter not even paying attention to the two orders on the screen now. I am so glad I am on their time and am late for work now. Why has this place gone downhill? The fruita one is WAY better. Management needs to make some changes.

Service has went down, seems like the workers don't listen to orders, don't wear headsets properly. Drinks always taste watered down. Bagels are hit or miss. Lack of integrity and care at this location atleast.

I got the brisket bagel and there was barely any brisket. if i am going to pay $9 for one bagel i want it to actually have what i ordered on it. they also don’t cook their twice baked hashbrowns right. this specific locations are so soggy but the cmu one are the right way and so much better. they need to not be stingy with their ingredients people pay good money for it.

I don't know what happened to this place but in the last few years, it's really gone down here. The place is filthy, flies everywhere, crumbs cover every surface and nothing seems clean. I used to go here all the time, but I won't ever eat here again. Which sucks, because they're bagels are delicious, affordable and convenient to order in bulk.

I ordered the nova lox bagel, which was good, but the service wasn't speedy. They also forgot my cold brew coffee, which I threw away.

Workers are awesome, it's so popular that it's hard to get a spot to sit but, like, that's not the employees fault, you know?

Treat your delivery drivers better. And probably put the orders where they are supposed to go instead of yelling what's your name.

They really skimp on the cream cheese here. I really love the coffee but how can this little cream cheese be justified? And this was more than usual but I was still choking it down because of how dry. I love coming here with my family so that's why I'm mentioning this. Also I feel like the staff watch how much you tip and then acts accordingly unless it's really in your policy to weigh the cream cheese. This is like the 5th time, barely anything. Usually the bagel isn't even covered. Go see how much you get at main st bagel and I don't even like going there but i will give them props.
