They really skimp on the cream cheese here. I really love the coffee but how can this little cream cheese be justified? And this was more than usual but I was still choking it down because of how dry. I love coming here with my family so that's why I'm mentioning this. I'm a little surprised by the reviews here, because I think you all are great! I've been going to Einstein's for many years, long before I moved to Grand Junction. Your bagels are amazing. And I LOVE the pizza bagels. The people here at this location are really friendly too, which makes me wonder why the other reviews are so bad. The atmosphere? Had the Texas Brisket. I'm very disappointed with the bun. Thought it would be an actual bagel, was not. The majority of tables were also dirty and we had to hunt to find a clean one to sit at. Sandwich was good though.
