I tried the chicken teriyaki. It was ok. I thought it was a bit overpriced. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

So good! So friendly! Small place. Currently take-out only. But fresh! I think it's the best poke we have had on the mainland! Lots of other Hawaiian choices too. Can't decide? Ask the nice counter guy. Support this local establishment and get a taste of the Hawaiian spirit. Mahalo!

Food is fantastic. Unfortunately the times they are actually open never seem to align with their posted business hours. Maybe just post a sign that says, “Monday-Friday might be open, IDK”

They are literally never open even when they say they are. Foods good but it’s not worth driving all the way down there just to be met with a closed restaurant. They also don’t answer their phone when they are open so you can’t call ahead to see if they are open. This is the only review I have ever written because it is actually ridiculous how bad they are at this
So freaking good. Taste of Hawaii in the mountains and I couldn’t be more happy!

I was referred to check this place out by a friend and was super excited to check it out. However after the experience I had, I definitely will not be going back or recommending it to anyone. The menu online was pretty vague, so we called in and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and did not want to help us. We asked what sides they had because it only showed two online, we were told they have a lot of sides. He said he was not going to read us the menu that we should go in and order. We went right after getting off the phone and it was totally empty, I could understand if it was busy. We went in to order and the prices online do not match the prices in the store. There were no sides listed in store. When getting home we realized our order was wrong. We called and instead of just apologizing he argued that we said our order incorrectly and gave us what we ordered.

Place was closed for months when I tried to come in last year. Then I was so excited when I saw it was back up. Went inside to find out they blew up the prices. Like.. almost doubled the prices. Quality of food is NOT worth the price. Nowhere even close. They're next to a college. They should be pricing things that college students can afford. They'll probably be closed within a year, unfortunately, because of this.

Food is pretty authentic, but gluten free options are slim. I’d go back but I get sick thinking about all the styrofoam this place generates and really just can’t contribute to that. Styrofoam never decomposes, guys!
Delicious! Service was great, food came out hot and timely, and nice portion for price. Will come back!
