We were visiting during Graduation and we decided to have a take out Mexican and the family who live there recommended this restaurant. Everyone seemed to enjoy their dinners, except me. Honestly I didn't order anything as in the middle of the Vegetarian Menu, (claims to be Vegetarian friendly), but then a big disclaimer saying that all the beans have Pork fat in it and all the rice has chicken stock in it. What part of Vegetarian is this? Pork and chicken are meat, not...
Tapatio is by far the best authentic Mexican food I have had in Colorado, not over or under seasoned, server was on point and everything was just right, what can I say, it was the way it was supposed to be which is hard to come by nowadays.
Leave it to the small hidden places to really knock it out of the park! Cold beer, good margaritas and great food! Definitely will be back again
