I grew up in Grand Junction, but live in Alaska now. For my bday recently, my dad ordered me their milk chocolate toffee. A 32 oz box of it. When it was delivered to me in Anchorage, it was warm. No ice packs - nothing- just packed in a cardboard box. Yet- the instructions on the toffee state it should be kept cold. I think it’s lazy they didn’t pack it with freeze packs - and what a waste of money because it tasted weird after being warm for days.

I used to recommend Enstrom Candies and was a customer at the Grand Junction store for over 15 years. Unfortunately, I will no longer patronize, nor recommend any Enstrom location after learning how they allow their employees to be harassed, belittled and verbally abused by management, promoting a toxic work environment.
Great service, friendly and amazing product

You post on social media “ Hats off to grad” and then stop a graduation ceremony that was almost done over parking in the dirt lot across the street. I can understand the parking lot outside the store however, the people that were parked at the dirt lot across the street have no effect on the parking at the store. If you needed that parking lot, there would be way too many people in the store and then that would be a fire issue . You should be so proud as a Grand Junction native store to make yourself look ridiculous. I will NEVER buy from you again. Also, the way it was done was completely unprofessional. It could’ve been handled differently.

Stunned at how rudely you had our kids graduation interrupted in the middle of the ceremony because of a parking issue. Definitely could have been handled in a more professional way. Won’t be supporting your business anymore.
Sad so see a local business ruin a local high school graduation over parking. Instead of allowing for the event to finish (about 20 min), it was necessary for a man from Pro Tow to interupt the Superintendent in front of a packed auditorium and announce that many cars are getting towed now?! Wow...classy moves from you Enstroms and Pro Tow! Way to make the graduates, their families and this community know how you operate! Shame on you!
