I was pleasantly surprised at how great the food was. From the hostess to the busboy and the waitress, everyone worked as a team and provided the best experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant!!
I am so glad that we decided to share the Chile Verde...it was HUGE! The salsa was chunky with just the right amount of heat. We also ordered some cheese dip and were glad to see jalapeños in it...so good! The Chile Verde was good but different from what we are used to. Interestingly, it also had cooked cabbage on it instead of the usual lettuce. It was really good. Maybe it is the norm here, but we found it to be quite pricey. Almost all of the meals were over $20 and the combinations...
Fiesta Guadalajara was rated highly so we ordered takeout while driving through town. The order went in and the food was ready in 15 minutes! So quick and easy to pickup. The carne asada skirt steak was more tender than normal and there were plenty of sides/toppings. The enchiladas were good with a nice amount of chicken filling. Both were big portions for the price. Thanks for the good food!
