Clean and friendly atmosphere. Pheonix was helpful and polite. She walked around and checked on each table and gave us a great a wonderful customer service experience. The food was fresh and tasty.

Don’t go here on your lunch break, a single burger and a small drink took 19 minutes. When I asked for 2 packets of ketchup I was given a 4oz cup filled to the brim leaking out the sides and that’s nice and all but not practical for a single burger…

I ordered the California Style burger at Freddy’s and it made me violently sick. Within a few hours I was throwing up nonstop for hours and ended up in the ER. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had.
If a burger sends a customer to the hospital, something is seriously wrong with food safety. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management investigates before someone else gets hurt.

Horrible experience dining here. Used men’s restroom; smelled like something died in it. Both soap dispensers were not working and/or filled. I politely let manager know and she rudely refused to help fill the manual soap dispenser (a literal 2 minute job) after I requested her support prior to eating my meal. She also refused to fill it 30 mins later after we finished our meal and my father needed to use the restroom. Completely unprofessional, disgusting, and unsanitary. I’d avoid this Freddy’s.

Came here on a Friday night. The place was packed and the staff was having a hard time keeping up. They were friendly, but despite our best efforts we waited a really long time and the order was wrong. On top of that super duper expensive. Good, clean place though. Staff did their best.

It's a good place to eat but as far as their new management and team it's completely unacceptable they don't know what they're doing they don't even know their own labor laws and they think it's okay to just suspend their employees for another place mistake and not answer the phone not call and try to make an appointment not do anything for at least 2 weeks probably one of the worst places and I'm speaking for this location only
