Amazing customer service. Above and beyond! Also really good cheese curds.

Kid at the drive thru is clearly inebriated and took my credit card to the back to make the ice creams and forgot we existed. Also tried to charge us $40 for our $12 ice creams. Pretty low quality of service and it’s SLOW AND EXPENSIVE

This Freddie's was closing early and the vegetarian burgers were the worst I have ever had. I am from Wichita, Freddy's headquarters, and have their veggie burgers frequently so this was disappointing. Unfortunately, the concrete was disappointing, too.

We went 30 minutes before they closed and they shut down the ice cream machine already and did not wanted to make a frozen drink either. Bad service

I ordered a vegetarian burger, custard shake, and cheese curds.

I received completely melted custard, cold burger and cheese curds, and MEAT instead of a veggie patty.

I cant express enough how upsetting and gross it is to almost take a bite out of a meat burger as someone who has been vegetarian over 20 years.

I called immediately when I realized it didnt look like the picture, I was told they couldn't give a refund over the phone so I would have to come in person... they also couldnt re-make my food because it was too late and they were closing soon. I was also told the manager would call me. It's been a whole day and no one has called.

Overall this experience really sucked. By the time I got my order, it was too late to order any other food so I went to bed with no dinner.

food is always good and quick, staff is very friendly :3

The food is sooo good, and the staff very friendly! I always order my burger with NO CHEESE or onions, and they almost always get it right. A few times not, but fixed it quickly! And fries can be ordered x-tra crispy, so yummy!

Employees eating where they are they making food. Bathroom no soap, towel dispenser broken and store dirty. So with three male workers making food we know they are not washing hands with soap. Plus door to stall broken so can’t use the restroom properly and TP dispenser broken too. Really a UN clean place. Needs an inspection

Expensive. $18 for burger that although flavorful, looked like someone stepped on it, small fries and shotglass sized shake. When will people learn that higher salaries = higher cost of living/inflation. It NEVER balances out. In fact, most end up worse off than before because businesses adjust prices above and beyond cost to please stockholders and ceo's,

If I could leave a 0 I would. Multiple times have stoped at the one on Horizon in Grand jct co. Two concrete mixers take no less than 10min. Was there tonight at 9pm. Took 15min still nothing. multiple people drove off behind us before we decided to drive off ourselves. Great location of I-70 but don’t stop unless you have at least 30minutes.

We went through the drive thru and we were 3rd in line and waited about 15-20 minutes to get to the window. I assumed they were short staffed but the young lady that was very sweet told me that they just had alot of custard orders. But i will say for my first time having their food at this location (only the 2nd time ive ever eaten Freddy's food amd the 1st time was an EPIC let down 👎...but this place has completely REDEEMED themselves for me! I got the prime rib burger and tots and OMG IT WAS AMAZING 😍 totally worth the wait 👍👍🤤 now i just need to try their custard 😄
