I was charged $4 for the concrete I'd ordered instead of a fountain drink, when their menu said it was a $2 add on.
The girl taking my order laughed the entire time she took my order. Not very professional.
I'm still upset they removed butterscotch from their menu.

I am writing a review on Anthony! He took care of my daughter when Door Dash canceled her order after waiting over an hour for it. Two drivers tried to pick it up and Anthony was the one who dealt with both drivers. He remade my daughters food without charging her. He was and is amazing! Thank you Anthony for taking care of my kid!

They greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. The service was excellent and counter lady smiled and was polite, even though to me she looked tired and busy as heck, she still did her job and did it well. The food was hot and delicious. I'm looking forward to my next visit. It would be nice if all restaurants made the customers experience as good as the Horizon Freddy's. Thank you!
