Owner is very rude, food is very expensive and mediocre. I suspect they stay open because of location.

Edit: okay to be fair the man who was rude to us only claimed to be the owner so I can't be sure that is true. But I can see how paying attention your ratings on Google and immediately attacking negative reviews and calling them fake is good for your business. Way to go buddy, I definitely will not be back.

The young boy named Reesi was an exceptional server. I was seated very quickly and politely and they immediately asked me what I wished to drink. Once I got my mango lassi and my Diet Coke (I’m trying to lose weight) they asked me if I was ready to order. Once I gave my order they immediately got to work, giving me my silverware and utensils and a couple minutes later, I got my food. This is when I say two young boys singing happy birthday to an old lady. I was ecstatic because it reminded of my mother. The food was fire, especially the chicken tikki masala and 2 garlic naans. Overall everything was great and diet friendly. I would come again, thank you!

I want to mention that this little restaurant is a gem in Grand Junction. My wife had the Momo’s and I had a Shrimp Dish which was incredibly delicious.

I have worked in customer service for several years and as result can recognize when people give genuine customer service. Bavita and her team were incredibly friendly and they served their food with love. To the people that gave Bavita really bad reviews, I could say that your reviews were not genuine. In fact I’ve notice that one bad review was word for word posted by 2 different people, and another bad review was posted by a organization.

Bavita, you and your team were fantastic. Next time I am having Dhal Bhat at your restaurant.

First time here but a good Indian restaurant. I got the momo chicken dumplings and garlic naan bread. Turnaround was about 15-20 min from the time we ordered. Waiter was cordial and checked in a couple times.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. Delicious food, amazing service, great portions and so clean. Left feeling satiated, happy, and grateful for the dining experience. Vegan friendly too!

The food is not at all good, and the customer service is even worse. When we asked the waiter for an extra straw, he threw it onto the table. It’s basic common sense to provide raita with each biryani, yet you were not providing it. Even when we offered to pay for it, the waiter brought the raita and again threw it on the table rudely.

I am addressing this directly to the owner who replies to reviews—don’t just paste the same copy-paste messages as a response. If you have the guts, check your camera recordings and upload them as a reply. Then people will see for themselves how bad your restaurant truly is.

The service was too bad... The team is not at all customer friendly upon that the behavior with the customers was so rude. I felt like eating in this restaurant was so scary and the taste was so disgusting. I had stomach ache after my lunch.

I went in was seated right away and greeted politely. I got three appetizers, a mango lassi, Nana bread, a main dish with excellent rice, and a spiced rum and coke, all made correctly. I like the overall look of the place as it is a super chill setting. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the experience was chill. Will be back

Surprisingly good Indian food with excellent service. The shrimp saag and eggplant are well seasoned, although a medium spice level is more on the mild side. The lentil soup was okay but less flavorful. A great value for a mountain town.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was extremely poor , the staff was rude and unhelpful, and I felt completely disrespected during my visit. It’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to dining here, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good service.

The service was very disappointing. There was no proper attention given to the food service, and the server was quite arrogant in their behavior. Even after raising the concern, the manager did not take it seriously or address the issue effectively. This experience was far from acceptable.

Yesterday’s lunch was horrible
This service is absolutely disgusting. The owner’s son is incredibly arrogant. When we asked for a water straw, he refused to give it to us and instead threw it on the table. He didn’t even speak to us properly. I don’t understand why he’s behaving this way.

If I had conveyed the same message to the owner, he would have been extremely rude to me because I’m Indian. The owner might think he’s won today by behaving so arrogantly, but if the same thing happens again, he’ll lose customers.

You can check the security cameras to see who’s at fault. You should teach your son some values.
