We had some items left out of our last order and my fiancé Austin spoke with Carlos, he was great! The customer service was top notch and he made it right. As always, the pancakes are delicious.

11/13/25 Jasmine is a great server. They all remember my name. The service is quick & the food comes out hot. It's like eating at home without having to do the work or clean up. It's Great!

The service was great until our food came out. Right before our server approached our table, my pancakes slipped out of his hand and hit the front of his shirt. Instead of getting me fresh pancakes, he just grabbed the plate from between his shirt and arm and readjusted the plate. It was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t touch my food after that. There was even a hair on top of the pancakes from touching his clothes. Please be more mindful about how you are carrying plates and next time offer to get a replacement

We went into the restaurant with our service dog this evening. The waitress was extremely rude, demanding that we had to have our service dog be a certain way under the table which he could not be. She did not care about my need for a service dog and made it abundantly clear that we were not welcome.
