Great atmosphere in the heart of the city. Christmas is lit up in downtown and Bistro is a perfect place for a great meal any time

Our group of four throughly enjoyed our dinner. For starters: The Polpette was excellent with tender and flavorful meatballs and a delicious garlic mashed potato. The artichoke Parmesan soup was unique and fantastic. The Romano salad was the only “iffy” dish. The ingredients were fresh but it was agreed by all that it was a bit bland. Needs more lemon and more zip. For Mains: The Chard Ravioli was EPIC; everyone loved it and were impressed by the complexity of flavor. The Rosette was also fabulous. Even folks who don’t normally gravitate towards ham dishes, loved it. For Dessert: The tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had. And the Sorbetto was thoroughly enjoyed as well. We will be back and we’ll be bringing our out of town friends as well. Love, love, love.

I arrived just as they opened for dinner, and was met with an enthusiastic hello. The artichoke soup as a starter was the perfect start. The flavor and texture was amazing! I had the Rosetta for dinner and it exceeded high expectations. The service was helpful with the right suggestions and helped make for a wonderful dining experience.

The house made bread and schmear is delicious. The signature soup is parm-artichoke. Very good. We were a party of 3 … choices were signature Rosetta, seafood lasagna, and spinach pasta with pesto. Cappuccinos were well prepared, but missing the traditional lump sugar. Dessert choices, though we passed them up this time, have always been delicious. Service was satisfactory, our server was new to the job, a bit stiff and somewhat off putting. We choose this restaurant frequently for an upscale meal when we want one. And we already have another dining experience scheduled for this month. Oh! Good cocktails and wine choices are abundant and available.

I have multiple severe food allergies and these wonderful people went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate a dinner for me! I’m used to only receiving lettuce and bringing my own dressing on the rare occasion I have to eat out, but as you can see in the photos, the dishes they provided were of the highest quality and creation. I will certainly be coming here again when I travel through Grand Junction. Thank you for giving a weary traveler a wonderful meal!

Celebrated my birthday here. We had AMAZING food - Authentic Northern Italian! The restaurant gifted me a package of homemade cookies for my birthday. I must say, the chocolate chip cookies were the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life! The cookies were seriously something special. This restaurant is nothing but perfection and I love it. Eat here as often as possible!

Had the Rustico and Blue Cheese salad, both were impressive! We were running late for a concert so we missed our anniversary cookies. Next time…

I was so disappointed in this dinner. I drove out of my way to go there. I have to say the service was great and the artichoke Parmesan soup was pretty good. The salad was horrible. It was their version of a caesar, I forgot what it was called. But that was not romaine lettuce. That lettuce was very rubbery. I had to cut it with a knife. I didn't eat half of it some of it was very brown. And I had the fried artichoke hearts and they were stuffed with some kind of aioli. It was awful I scraped it all out and ask for lemon and parmesan cheese put that on and then they were edible. They don't have much of a by the glass wine selection either. I won't go back

It was a really yummy patio experience for our family of four. Gluten free olive focaccia, caprese salad, artichokes, pork medallions with potatoes, and a traditional italian almond cake!Staff is very friendly. There are many delightful options for gluten free. The restaurant is gluten friendly, but not celiac safe. Reservations are highly encouraged.

The signature pasta dish Rosetta was good but I was hoping for more heat in the spicy tomato sauce. Super creamy and cheesy. Loved the cook on the noodles. The crostata was excellent. The amaretto really shined though. Awesome food and service but the prices were a bit much. If it was a bit more reasonable I would have given it 5 stars.

I thought the food was excellent. I ordered the Salmon Cannelloni, which was very unique and delicious. We also ordered the Crostata for desert which was absolutely amazing. That said, I do think the prices were a little high. Between two of us, we ordered two entrees and one dessert to share, and after tax and tip it came to $85. If we had also ordered wine, it would have been over $100. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.

This place was probably the worst restaurant I’ve been too. Salad was bland and sadly thrown together. Spicy Pasta was bland and noodles were stuck together. Chicken on 3rd dish was all white, like they didn’t sear it so it looked uncooked and surprise was also bland. Then when I complained they just said sorry no attempt to make it right. Only good part was waitress, she was polite, she deserves the only star.

My risotto was incredible!! Creamy, flavorful and just all around TASTY! The outdoor atmosphere was lovely. The wait staff was great as well.
