Great atmosphere in the heart of the city. Christmas is lit up in downtown and Bistro is a perfect place for a great meal any time

Our group of four throughly enjoyed our dinner. For starters: The Polpette was excellent with tender and flavorful meatballs and a delicious garlic mashed potato. The artichoke Parmesan soup was unique and fantastic. The Romano salad was the only “iffy” dish. The ingredients were fresh but it was agreed by all that it was a bit bland. Needs more lemon and more zip. For Mains: The Chard Ravioli was EPIC; everyone loved it and were impressed by the complexity of flavor. The Rosette was also fabulous. Even folks who don’t normally gravitate towards ham dishes, loved it. For Dessert: The tiramisu was the best we’ve ever had. And the Sorbetto was thoroughly enjoyed as well. We will be back and we’ll be bringing our out of town friends as well. Love, love, love.

I arrived just as they opened for dinner, and was met with an enthusiastic hello. The artichoke soup as a starter was the perfect start. The flavor and texture was amazing! I had the Rosetta for dinner and it exceeded high expectations. The service was helpful with the right suggestions and helped make for a wonderful dining experience.

Quiet little bistro with outstanding service and food. Limited tables so we were glad we made a reservation on a weeknight as I think this is a local gem. Erin our server made excellent recommendations. We had a Mediterranean salad and their butternut squash pasta Both were excellent! We were unable to eat dessert we were so full. Quiet atmosphere- lovely wine selection- would bring us back if we lived locally

The house made bread and schmear is delicious. The signature soup is parm-artichoke. Very good. We were a party of 3 … choices were signature Rosetta, seafood lasagna, and spinach pasta with pesto. Cappuccinos were well prepared, but missing the traditional lump sugar. Dessert choices, though we passed them up this time, have always been delicious. Service was satisfactory, our server was new to the job, a bit stiff and somewhat off putting. We choose this restaurant frequently for an upscale meal when we want one. And we already have another dining experience scheduled for this month. Oh! Good cocktails and wine choices are abundant and available.

Just got back from your restaurant, well it wasn't a good experience. First of all we were celebrating our Anniversary and they acknowledged it when we checked in,as it was specified on our reservation. We sat down and waited about 5 minutes to see a waiter( we were the first people seated when it opened). I asked for a prosecco and was told none was chilled and that took 15 minutes, meanwhile my husband was drinking his wine alone! His salad came still before my prosecco came. Finally my wine came and our meal 15 minutes later. The food was good but VERY RICH! Well we were offered a dessert menu ( not complimentary) we asked for the cheese cake and Bob C said oh we don't have that and took away the dessert menu immediately so we couldn't order a second choice!! Never mentioning our Anniversary and brought us our bill. Well this is the 4th time we've been here, one good experience and now 3 BAD experiences. Needless to say we'll NEVER come back!! Too many great restaurants in Grand Juction and this isn't one of them!

I come here as often as I can and always enjoy my meal. Great staff, great location, great seating. I have celiacs sprue and they are very capable of making gluten free pasta and nearly any other plate.

This is probably one of worst meals I have ever had. The food was tasteless. The server was very nice. The food was expensive and bad.

We dined here during this past July, and this restaurant is in the same league with the best Italian restaurants in the New York/New Jersey area. The food, service and ambiance are all exceptional. My wife had the Shrimp Scampi which was outstanding. I had their signature dish, Rosetta, which consists of homemade pasta rolled with roasted ham and provolone cheese in a spicy tomato cream sauce. Sounds complex but it is delicate and so unique and so delicious. In fact I think it's the best entree in an Italian restaurant that I've ever had. Wish this restaurant were here in NJ so I could get Rosetta whenever I want. If visiting Grand Junction, definitely put this restaurant in your dining plans and try the Rosetta. You will not be disappointed. I hasten to give this restaurant 5 well deserved stars.

I have multiple severe food allergies and these wonderful people went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate a dinner for me! I’m used to only receiving lettuce and bringing my own dressing on the rare occasion I have to eat out, but as you can see in the photos, the dishes they provided were of the highest quality and creation. I will certainly be coming here again when I travel through Grand Junction. Thank you for giving a weary traveler a wonderful meal!

Celebrated my birthday here. We had AMAZING food - Authentic Northern Italian! The restaurant gifted me a package of homemade cookies for my birthday. I must say, the chocolate chip cookies were the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had in my life! The cookies were seriously something special. This restaurant is nothing but perfection and I love it. Eat here as often as possible!

The food is delicious and worth the wait. My experience was made better by the amazing and personable waitstaff. They brought out the courses in a perfectly timed manner. Our waiter made us feel as if We were the only people there. Lovely time had.
