The cod is so beautifully buttery that you can almost taste the omega 3s. I order the dry scallops, black cod (my favorite), halibut, shrimp and grouper. Delicious every time. For the Holidays we splurged and bought the colossal king crab legs. I was buying my seafood from the grocery store until John told me about his wild seafood. It has been the best tasting salmon I have had. He also smokes it if you want. It is very reasonably priced and he has free delivery in the area. To top it off it comes from the copper river in Alaska, which is one of the cleanest place you can fish. I'm not sure why anyone would by fish from the store if they knew about this!
