Good afternoon. My name is Steve, and I ordered a steak sandwich. They did not make it properly. I called to talk to the store to let them know. The manager's name was Lexis. During our conversation, she hung up on us, so we called her back. She hung up on us again. There was no bad language or anything. We were just trying to figure out how to exchange our sandwich, and she said she didn't have time for this and hung up again. We left a message with corporate, and when they respond, we will update.

This Jersey Mike's is great. There is a sort of drive in movie theater vibe to the store, since there is no room in the store everyone eats in the parking lot. Everyone is enjoying their sub in their car, but together! Very tasty!!

Staff was friendly, food was good. There was no baby changing table in the restaurant and I’m hoping this message makes it to management. It’s 2025,and the bag brags about how well jersey Mike’s is doing, can you not afford to put a baby changing table in the bathroom?

Staff was super nice place was really clean. To me the sandwiches are kind of overpriced for what they are but still okay

The atmosphere is kaos. Not enough in store seating. While there is 7 visible employees working, the service is very slow.

I have been here a couple times now and the energy of the team is great. Super friendly and constantly hustling. I know its only jersey mikes, but might be one of the smoothest running restaurants in town. Stop by for lunch, you won't be disappointed.

I’m glad GJ now has a Jersey Mike’s because the food is great. But more than that is their involvement in the community! They donated to our fundraising event and made a huge impact in the results. Alison went above and beyond to help our event and represented Jersey Mikes in a fantastic way!
Also, the staff is helpful and friendly every time I’m in there.
