Waited 30 minutes for my pick up order. They never called my name or the order. Never updated on my app. 8 guys there and four of them are just walking around. I get it can be busy with the drive thru, but when I placed my order five minutes before I even get there, then wait an extra 25 minutes in the lobby and waste my entire lunch break, it’s incredibly frustrating.

I ordered on the app but never got a notification for my sandwich. I went in about 30 minutes later and had to wait for them to make it. Even after I picked it up, the app still hasn't updated. Really weird. The other Jimmy John's in town is like that too. Employees were friendly.

I don’t know why I bothered re-ordering from these guys again typically third times a charm Hot sandwiches is cold cold sandwiches with hot. My drinks had zero ice in them. It took over 40 minutes for the sandwich again.

Food came with some random thorn stuck into the cooked bread. Manager was rude and gave me a hard time. Eat here if your ready to risk a thorn in your throat.

This is the second time I have ordered from these guys. I am new to the area. Their slogan is “ freaky fast subs.” on Saturday. It took over one hour because the driver forgot something. I ordered a toasted sub. It was cold, and my cold sub was hot. The same scenario happened on a Sunday night after a long, hot day. I ordered Jimmy John’s to my remorse. I ordered it at 7:37 p.m. They just arrived with my sandwiches. Needless to say, I will never order from this particular location ever again..

Almost every time I order from them, the order is messed up in one way or another. From missing stuff to being the completely wrong thing. That and for some reason, it usually takes 45+ minutes just to arrive. Freaky fast is such a lie, they should change their slogan.

came to get lunch today with my kiddo and the guys working around 1-1:30 were really cool, super patient and nice when my 8 yr was ordering his own food for the first time. the guy who helped me when our order was done made sure i got a bag, you guys have really nice employees. and food was good. 10/10. no complaints here.

My wife and I have been frequenting this particular store at least once a week for the past 5 years. Up until about a year ago it was always fast, fresh and with a smile. Not sure what changed, was it because it became an "official training store?" I have no idea. That whole "freaky fast" schtick is out the window, whether the store is slow or packed we wait and wait now. We've noticed a decline in the amount of the usual toppings recently and some mistakes in the toppings. Today was a doozy. My wife ordered a #5 Vito 'lil John. When we got our food home when she opened hers all that was on the sandwich was very small quantities of the two meats and the cheese. Oh, yes, and that was it. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, no dressing - totally dry and no shake-on spice either. Really sad to see this once star of a store devolve into less than mediocre.
