I love going to Jimmy'z and have always had a great experience. However, 12/12/24 ordered a to go order and was extremely disappointed for the money spent. The hamburgers were like hockey pucks and the patty melt the same. The onion rings however were as good as ever (maybe because they were made fresh?). Everyone has a bad day but thought you might want to make sure this does not happen again.

Asked for ranch and didn’t get it after 5 minutes. Went up to get it myself and 2 employees were slapping the paper towel machine and the 3rd worker was on the phone with her boyfriend. Unreal.

It's been a while since we were there so we decided to go back and give it another shot. I'm just not a fan. The play seems outdated and like it was 5 years ago just wore out. I would swear the same.Reviews are stapled to the wall that were there five years ago. My hamburger buns top was wet! Soggy mush. The burger was so dry not even all tge wet sauce didn't help. Fries were over cooked. It's really an average hamburger joint, nothing special. The prices are good compared with other places like it. In my humble opinion , this place should be rocking with the college nextdoor. But it was lifeless at 12:30 PM.

Clean classic burger place, also has chicken and hotdogs on the menu. Nice booths and big windows let in lots of light. They use fresh mushrooms, not canned, for the Mushroom Swiss Burger and fries were decent, okra also. The service was great and they do a military discount too! Only criticism from me is the stale kitchen-smell when we entered but the sitting area was fresher. Also wish they had an option to get 'some pink' in the burger 'cos I don't like well-done. But we liked it well enough to return, ty!
