How do you run out of your most ordered product?

Took the new deal which was the Tuesday $10 bucket to go.They never mentioned or posted it was just legs and thighs. And it just was not very good.
We normally love KFC, but last three times we have got their food KFC has tried are patience with messing the order up and the chicken not being very good.

The man named Michael chose not to give me my DoorDash order after actively showing him my account. Have gone in for several years and have never had an issue. He ended up kicking me out, poor customer service had no cap on his thin lined temper. Will be going higher to make sure this does not happen again

This KFC has given me consistently great service and food. Today Ashlee was very nice and helpful with my complicated order. She made combos where she could to save me money. The food came quickly and tasted great! I recommend this fast food restaurant to anyone wanting good food, good service and a great value!

Jay/Jacob is a fantastic individual, he greeted myself and my wife very pleasantly and made it clear he was there to help us with no rush. After a slight mixup about drinks he upsized one of our drinks at no charge to apologize and when the kitchen mistakenly made some sides of mac and cheese incorrectly, Jay stepped in and made sure we got what we ordered. i cannot commend Jay’s performance and attitude highly enough. Thank you Jay!

It took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The chicken was still soggy and not crispy, even though I ordered extra crispy. The place was full of flies, with dirty, sticky tables and overflowing trash cans. I took a little peek at the 'prep station' on the right side by the counter, and I don’t believe they are following basic sanitary standards at all

The chicken was tough !as a matter of fact, so tough you couldn't eat it and also flavorless!!! When you drive up to the pickup window, I lost my appetite 😑 If you get my drift !!!!
