Currently can't get enough of the Guatemalan roast they have. Incredibly flavorful.
I can't say a lot about service and atmosphere since I normally just buy beans and leave but it's nice you get a free cup of coffee with a bag of beans and the service and atmosphere seem nice enough.

I was in town visiting and needed a good coffee. I got Honduras pour over and was happy with the taste. Didn't get any food. They don't have bakeries. Inside they had plenty of tables to hang out.

Walked into Kiln Coffee for the first time. I was impressed with how clean the place was but I went to go order my coffee and oatmeal and the people behind the counter were bumming me out.You'd think since they work at a coffee bar they would be more bubbly and alive but it was quite the opposite. They were dragging butt and they didn't have any plastic wear for my togo oatmeal.

This place is great! We're visiting from out of town, experience is clean, friendly staff, they roast their own beans and do so with a lot of intention. Tried a cortado to start and had no doubt about going back for a pour over from Papa New Guinea. Great place to work remotely from as well!

Great coffee shop, definitely the best quality coffee in downtown GJ. 3 stars for atmosphere because for some reason it seems to be the only place in town that's always swarming with flies. It's to a point where it can be distracting to just hang out in the shop for a while to work or have conversation because there is seemingly always flies buzzing around the tables.
Great espresso! Had my typical oat milk latte and it was fantastic. So much so that I ended up going back a couple more times during my short stay in Grand Junction and also ended up getting a bag of their coffee they used for the espresso I had each time. Plenty of seating to relax and free wifi if you needed it. Great little coffee shop to stop and take a shopping break, or in my case a bike ride break.
