You never know what you will get when you Google "coffee shop near me" but Kiln was a shop worth finding parking for!
We both got regional pour-overs, something we have not seen done in Wichita. Both coffees tasted different than the other 'til I "ruined" mine with sugar and cream. The lady who made our drinks was so patient in explaining what was going on.
