Absolutely the best bakery ever! Very, very high quality products for the money, and the nicest staff who really take care in what they do. Excellent sourdough bread and sandwiches. I cannot say enough good things about this bakery. I wish I lived in Grand Junction so I could buy their baked goods weekly. Seriously, you can't go wrong with any of their yummy bread, pastries and sandwiches!
Popped into Jitters to get a chai tea latte and as I was leaving a gentleman approached me and asked if I had been to the bakery across the parking lot. I said no, I didn't even know there was a bakery across the parking lot. He said I had to go there to get something delectable to have with my tea. I had a few minutes to spare so I thought why not?

I was blown away by how good everything was!!! I’m a pastry chef who has been looking all over CO for some good sourdough laminated pastries and FINALLY found it! The guava pop-tart was pure perfection. As someone who grew up in Maui I was stoked to see someone using Guava! Tasted just like the guava butter I grew up with.
