honestly, if i could rate 0 stars i would. i work near by, as does my fiancee, so we typically get mcdonalds every now and again. its always so frustrating to get orders through and they constantly miss items. i work fast food as well, this store is always a mess and very disorganized. it makes the food just so unappetizing.

Friendly staff... they are quick to replace things if needed. My daughter loves the play place. it's so so expensive now.. that's really the worst part

Takes forever to get the food and a lot of us only have 30 minutes lunch and waiting 25 minutes is ridiculous

Our order was completely wrong. We could not go back due to driving 8 more hours and didn't want to turn around. The customer in front of us had the same issue three times before they got it right. The bread was hard the fries were stale.

Placed a mobile order to pick up in drive thru. Once i was there, I had to wait 15 minutes for food. Received order. French fries were cold, and cheeseburger had no cheese, ketchup, or onions - only mustard and pickle. Disappointed in meal and service.

I went to get a Pokémon Happy Meal, I've had a few from the North Ave store and they were all the same every time so we tried the mall store. The gentleman at the counter was really nice about us asking if they had other box designs on hand, that we were looking to get other ones than the one I've had 3 times, and hooked up my meal with an extra toy! Thank you, my guy! Wish I'd caught your name!
