Waited 30 minutes for my breakfast curbside order. I had to go inside to ask for an update, and they said they had lost my order and had stopped making breakfast at that point. The employee told me they would not make my order since it was now lunch time. (I had ordered at 10:15, 15 mins before Breakfast was over) After a few minutes of discussing with the employees they decided to make my order and I finally left 45 minutes after placing my order.

Made us wait twenty minutes for one quarter pounder and a medium fry but people behind us were getting their food the second they pulled up to the window service was disrespectful and very rude they need to be talked to as well as that every time we go to this specific McDonald’s here in junction they get our food wrong every single time.

That’s a fly in our food. And we didn’t notice it until the food was all gone. This is horrible and I will never be going back to this restaurant. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU LIKE FRIED FLYS

Waited very long in line when line wasnt long. Then told to go wait longer at Number one for my quarter pounder. I said yes I do mind waiting. Do I have another choice and he’s the way you can wait and number two which I thought was very rude thing to say. Then he said I can give you a refund, so after waiting in line all that time, then I wouldn’t get my food. Seem like there was a lot of people standing around doing nothing.

I ordered through the app for curbside delivery. I marked i arrive and then waited for over 20 minutes. I then went in side. It took over 5 minutes to get someone to help me at thw feont when though there were employees available. This store lacks efficiency and customer service.

Ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese and a number 3, double qp w/cheese, medium meal combo.

First QP looked like a bulldozer ran over it and molded every possible ingredient to the box. (It must've been made a while, as it was cold. Had to reassemble sandwich for minutes) Second QP was missing cheese and had the drink served in a coffee cup. Food was cold, and we waited for 14 mins for it. Boo.
