My fries have nasty black specs all over them and I'd really appreciate if you guys got on top of cleaning your oil more regularly because this isn't the first time it's happened with my fried foods from there.

Took 14 minutes to get 2 happy meals and 3 mcdoubles around 7pm from the drive thru. Then the guy at the 2nd window after I already paid tried telling me no trailers in the drive thru and next time they wouldn't serve me. It was a small motorcycle trailer. No visible signs about trailers were seen. I opted to drive across town for burger King on our way back home after camping for 4 nights near N Fruita. Will not return to this location next time through town.

I went thru drive thru for the first time in years and waited 18 minutes for a cheeseburger…. Nothing else. Food was cold and dry when I finally got it… there were NO lines when I started my wait.

I had to pull forward and wait on my food. While this in itself wasn't an issue, I had to wait because they told me they accidentally handed my food to the person in front of me in drive-thru. While I got the correct order, the person in front of me got the wrong one... but hey, "stuff" happens, right? I think they were training a new person and they got confused. Still would recommend, just double check your order.

Went in to kill some time before an appointment. Ordered an iced tea. Wanted to pay cash at the counter instead of a card at a kiosk. It took forever to get waited on. She told me to sit at a table & she would bring my drink. That took 15 minutes. She said she'd be back with a straw but never was. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes hoping for a refill but couldn't get waited on before I needed to leave. Frustrating experience from start to finish.
We went through drive thru order my son a kids meal first they tried to give me someone else food! I ordered chicken nuggets we get our food and parked when I opened his kids meal the nuggets were missing and cold frys the chicken had been replaced with mayonnaise or dressing. no chicken so took it back in to show them and they handed me a new box I get out to car and opened it and the same thing no chicken just some sauce in his box!! It was like they handed it back to me but they didnt it was a new box ?.Finally they fixed it but my son said tasted funny so he did not eat ! I will never eat there again. Horrible!!

The food.You order from the McDonald's is always gross.It's always been under the heat lamp for way too long.It's always hard around the edges and crusty. It's like the children that work there don't care about rules or regulations. If someone orders a burger and they have one ready that's been under the heat lamp for 30 min they will send it out. This McDonald's has no standards. They also manipulate the numbers by making people pull forward even if they only have 1 person in line getting 1 thing. They will have you go park and literally seconds later someone will walk out with your food. Why have me pull forward at all other than to manipulate your drive through timer. I get breakfast from the same McDonald's 5 times a week and I get the same thing every time 2 sausage biscuits with cheese so I get about 10 a week from them 9 out of 10 times the biscuits are rock hard crunching like chips when you eat it. And I'm charged over 7$ each time for crunchy food that's sat under a heat lamp way past the time it should have been thrown out. From now on I'll drive the extra 10 miles to the other McDonald's
