Mountain Air Roasters Coffee!

My wife and I went here at 4:50 PM on 1/24. I ordered a regular latte and my wife ordered a flavored one. I then proceeded to watch the barista overfill the milk frother so she could save time and steam the milk for both our lattes together (while trying to clean the portafilters, resulting in quite a bit of spilled milk), pour all the foam and the first half of the milk into my wife's latte, leaving me with the most plain, terrible tasting latte I've had in a long time. They clearly felt they had better things to do, because the second they put the lattes in front of us, they did a 180 and told their friend in the corner to finish their story. The first thing I did when I got home was pour out the undrinkable latte.

I’m not someone to leave a negative review. But unfortunately after multiple attempts to get different types of coffee here, I will not go back. The first time, I got an iced americano and the cup was partially melted at the bottom because they brewed expresso straight into a plastic cup without ice. I threw it out. Most recently, I got a hot latte, it was watery and just overall awful. Additionally, both times I’ve been here there is a staff member who is condescending and just plain rude to customers. As someone who worked food&bev for years, a place serving food should also not have employees with their hair down if it’s past the shoulders, it’s a health code violation. If you’re reading this, go somewhere else for coffee and food.

I love this place, especially since they roast their own coffee on site. I seems to have changed a bit since the ownership change, which is bound to happen. However, I really do expect a better selection of the other than Bigelow. Seriously, you put such effort into your coffee, but do less than the minimum for tea?

Unbelievable. Have tried to come here twice and they always close early despite saying their open. Was walking right up (30 mins before closing - with no sign that they're closing early), was in sight of the worker and they quickly shut the open sign off, locked the door, and ran off. Just ridiculous.

I neverrrr write reviews but I had exceptional customer service! I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me, sierra maybe? Sienna? Sorry I'm horrible with remembering names! Long brown hair and cute belly button piercing haha. She was amazing! I went in looking to buy some coffee beans for part of a Christmas gift, and she gave some great recommendations without me even having to ask just based on what I happened to mention about the person I was gift shopping for while her and I were chatting about the holidays. I didn't plan on getting a drink, but I noticed they had some unique energy drinks (made form green coffee beans, and made in house, not the canned kind) and she happily explained to me the different flavors of each flavor. It ended up being super good (and super caffeinated, which I love) and something I don't see anywhere, especially around here. On top of all that, I was looking for some other stuff for the holidays while I was downtown, and she was able to give me a couple suggestions of places nearby I might be able to find stuff. She's the best! Give that girl a raise hahaha. I have lived here 2 years and haven't checked this place out much, but I'll have to come back to check out the coffee drinks and I look forward to brewing some espresso from them at home! I will definitely be back and recommend to others (:

After taking a year hiatus from this coffee shop after continuous inconsistent drinks I returned today for 3 drinks that definitely disappointed. The milk tasted spoiled and sour and I had to throw out all of the drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. But I will not be returning

I absolutely love all of the coffee flavors they offer! They have great staff that offer great service. Great atmosphere to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea! I buy 5lbs of coffee every couple months its always fresh.

A friend introduced me to the Mexican Mocca here, and since then I conspire to find myself in the area. The service has always been friendly and efficient. I have also started to buy the Morning Inspiration for home, they are happy to grind it for my old drip machine and even reseal it for freshness.

Maybe the coffee is good but espresso served here watery and acidic. Espresso seems not to be their focus nor specialty. Served in tall paper cups and tall glassware. No espresso cups in site. Disappointing for a roaster.

It took 10 minutes for two cups of coffee to be served, even though there were no other customers but us.The hot and iced cubano were very thin and disappointing.
On top of that, they started mopping the floor, even though it was only past 1pm, and the smell of coffee mixed with the smell of bleach made us sick of it, so we walked right out. I don’t think we will go back there again.

Knowledgeable and kind baristas, store cleanliness is exceptional, product is consistent and affordable!

Stopped in while visiting and it took my breath away. The coffee was delicious and had me back for seconds
