I love this place, especially since they roast their own coffee on site. I seems to have changed a bit since the ownership change, which is bound to happen. However, I really do expect a better selection of the other than Bigelow. Seriously, you put such effort into your coffee, but do less than the minimum for tea?
I neverrrr write reviews but I had exceptional customer service! I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me, sierra maybe? Sienna? Sorry I'm horrible with remembering names! Long brown hair and cute belly button piercing haha. She was amazing! I went in looking to buy some coffee beans for part of a Christmas gift, and she gave some great recommendations without me even having to ask just based on what I happened to mention about the person I was gift shopping...
After taking a year hiatus from this coffee shop after continuous inconsistent drinks I returned today for 3 drinks that definitely disappointed. The milk tasted spoiled and sour and I had to throw out all of the drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and pleasant. But I will not be returning
