First time eating there got a calzone and it was amazinggg
A hot day is a good day for pizza, and Pablo's didn't disappoint. The cheese was perfectly melted, the pizza was piping hot 🔥 and the service was splendidly sufficient. 👌 They offer a variety of wine and beer to pair with the pizza 🍕. I really enjoyed the laid-back blonde in the chilled scene at this sweet spot. The fountain drinks offer creative choices, and the toppings are fresh. The staff was super friendly, and our order was out in record timing. Thank you, Pablo, for filling our bellies! See you next time!
The employees hustle! And do an outstanding job!!!
Fantastic pizza. Clean bathroom. Good art. I been goin so long, my favorite item is on the secret menu (Draculas Nemasis). I also like the cool lookin drink dispenser, and easiness of getting a to go box.
It's the best pizza on the Western Slope. It's so good I go all the way to Grand Junction to get pizza since they closed the Pablo's In Fruita.
Amazing pizza, nice and friendly staff. The pizza looks as delicious as it tastes :)
My family and I were going on a road trip to Utah. Thought we would stop in Grand Junction for food, and boy, were we blown away. The atmosphere was full of ample lighting, lots of tables, and a very clean place overall. We ordered the Italian stallion and the baked ravioli, which were both delicious. Amazing food, cozy atmosphere, this place gets five stars.
We had the Thai veggie pizza (tigerheat) and the goat cheese pizza. Both were incredibly delicious and tasty. I believe the sauces are made in their kitchen.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with a couple slices. The slices were fine, could tell they sat there for a while. I wouldn’t say the flavor was all there but seems like they attract a lot of college students. Which is great, because they had great student deals. I would hope their fresh pizza out the oven was better than their slices. Would come back to try their whole pizza, nice vibe in the restaurant and the service was good!

Great pizza, with a cool vibe and chill crew to cook it and box it. Always a pleasure spending my money on quality and wicked service.

Wonderful service with a relaxing and hometown feel. Walking in the food smells absolutely delicious 😋 you can order pizza by the slice if you want! Not many places offer this anymore and it is nice to not need to overpay for extra food. I ordered 3 pepperoni pizza slices and some baked raviolis ... They were both excellent! I absolutely recommend this one !

Nice little pizza shop. I loved the crust. It wasn't thin, it wasn't fluffy, it was somewhere in between and I thought it was one of the best pizzas I ever had. Friendly gal at the walk up counter. I didn't have to wait long for my food to be served. I will definitely stop back in if I'm ever in the area.
