no my husband and I stopped here at 11am to get some cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza. my husband ran out bank card it took it out of our account and he said oh it didn't go through. then he asked my husband to run it again and he tried to more than the first time and for credit so my husband cancelled the transaction. so then he asked him to run it a 3rd time and it says insufficient funds so my husband paid cash came out to the truck and looked at the banking app. it showed it tok it out and he went back in to show the only person working and he got upset and irate with my husband and said there's nothing I can do you got a call customer support. and then he burnt my cheese sticks and pepperoni pizza. it's the only thing I craved after having open heart surgery and being released from the hospital. thanks for ruining my whole day.

Ordered pizza to my hotel room- I had a business zoom meeting in my room - was clear in the address, name of hotel, and room number to leave outside the door. Made sure to pay extra tip for the delivery (ahead of time). Received several phone calls 35 minutes after I ordered - with no message- that I couldn’t answer as I was in the middle of a presentation. Had to step away to answer and when I was able to the ā€œmanagerā€ on the phone was angry with ME because he stated the driver couldn’t find the room- and I had to meet them outside. Seriously, if it’s your service to deliver food to someone’s home, work place, or local hotel- which was offered- and I paid extra tip for- why the attitude towards me the costumer because the driver can’t ask the front desk how to get to room 300? Pretty simple- 3 floor and follow the sign to the rooms listed to either the left or the right. I can’t believe how shamed I was by this manager- who didn’t even give me a chance to explain I was in the middle of a meeting- not that he would have cared. Too bad. So MANY other options for delivery- will never order from this location again.

Driver was nice, manager says this is the correct amount of sauce on boneless wings. 20% coverage at best. Ask for extra if you want it to look like it does on the menu. Offered no help.

I’ve reviewed them in the past with less than favorable words. Over the last year or so they’ve stepped up their game. I’m happy to give 5 stars for my delivery today. Everything i ordered was included and it was delivered with a smile. Kudos for stepping up your game!

This location can never get an order correct. Every time I order I pay for extra sauces, seasoning, etc. there is always something missing. I know sauces are cheap, but when it happens EVERY time it gets old, and expensive! Not sure I’ll order here again. This is bullshit

John, is one of the worst managers I have ever talked to. He needs to be demoted for his rudeness on the phone. He told me John was his name, I tried to order food on September 17th, and I accidentally put in my order for pick up. When I called to get help he seemed extremely rude and annoyed that I would call to ask for help.

Unnecessary To know

Ordered a stuffed crust and wings was told 15 mins, came back in they said it’s gonna be 30 mins now. 45 mins later took the order home. Not stuffed crust, called in to see if they would offer some kind of compensation for there mistake. No, told me ā€œI could order another pizza if I’d like that they had many orders come inā€. Um are you kidding me!? I ordered something and you messed up. That’s not right! Kale work on your customer service!
