I have been buying pizza from this location for over 25 years, but today’s was my worst customer experience. I walked in to place my order, and even though I was the only customer in the store, it took the three employees working on the line several minutes to acknowledge me. That’s fine; they were busy. However, once I asked about the 6.99 Mix ‘n’ Match deal, they struggled to adequately explain it, and the one whose demeanor was the most abrasive turned out to be the manager. There was little concern for selling pizzas or keeping satisfied customers. The inflexibility was appalling and illogical. The regular prices are quite high for a pizza that you bake at home, so I was just trying to get one of the premade pizzas for the deal and pay full price for the other. (Domino’s has no problem accommodating customers in a similar fashion.) It wasn’t the cost that drove me away, though; it was the apathy and unwelcoming environment. I’ve worked in jobs that require people skills all of my life, and those entry-level positions trained me for future roles where the stakes grew higher and the consequences were more significant. But, when a customer is treated this way by the manager, it really leaves a bad taste in the mouth—no matter how good the food might be. Building a business is hard work. It means making customers happy one at a time—so that they’ll come back and bring their friends and family. My experience at this store is not unusual or isolated if one glances through the other online reviews, and nationwide there are numerous reasons for Papa Murphy’s lower sales and diminished market share. Driving people away with poor customer service is not going to change that for the better.

Says they close at 8pm but numerous times I get there at 7:30 and they tell me they're not making anymore pizzas. If they close at 7:30 and it should say 7:30.

Extremely disappointed in this location. It is dirty and and run down and the employees have no customer service skills. I ordered this exact same pizza YESTERDAY from Rimrock location and it was amazing. When i asked today to have the top of the pizza "fixed so it was even and reached the crust" i was told by 2 employees "oh no thats how it comes we cant do that" i even told them i got one yesterday from the other location and they still refused to fix the pizza. If you want a good pizza go to the Rimrock location. And please train these employees because they definitely dont want people to return. I posted a pic of what i received today and what i received from Rimrock YESTERDAY. Choose wisely friends!!

The pizza is perfect for the price while the customer service is horrible. If the girl working today 11/29/24 put in ANY EFFORT AT ALL towards customer service, it would be shocking. Maybe someone could teach her?
