Very disappointed in this pizza hut. Ordered during rush hour the type of pizza I always ordered. Got home and the toppings were wrong. Called them and after going through 3 people, I was told they could make me the correct pizza. I told them no Traffic not good. Then she told me she would have to talk to another supervisor, because I wanted full credit. They offered me 5 dollars credit. Then when I called back to tell the store what went on this same last woman hung up on me. Come on Pizza Hut 10.00 pizza?

My pizza delivery came to me undercooked and raw. The cheese was not melted. When I called to complain they told me to call corporate and then gave me a fake number.

In town for work and wanted something quick delivered to my hotel and I haven't had Pizza Hut in a while because my closest one at home SUCKS!!! Sadly it was no different here. Pizza was good, bread sticks were....meh, didn't get my extra "tiny" cup of marinara. Took double the original time (25-35 minutes for delivery) because my food was given away. Took an hour and 20 minutes, Door Dash kid called after an hour letting me know the issue. I'm sure it sucked for him as well standing in the lobby having to wait
At this point, I feel like everyone can "out pizza the hut". Better options are available

So I ordered from the $7 deal, got a pepperoni pizza extra cheese which was $2 more and a Double order of bread sticks. The pizza had almost no sauce, cheated on amount of pepperoni, and definitely not extra cheese. The bread sticks came without sauce. On top of it all my order was 20 minutes after estimated time. Called store to have sauce delivered which I got over 30 minutes later and apparently they decided to give me containers that were 1/3 the size as normal and was ice cold. Definitely not worth the money cuz quality of food is unsatisfying. Beware of this pizza hut

We had the privilege of dining in and eating dinner on New Year’s Eve, little did we know that our server would be our cook as well. Daniel was left all by himself to fulfill orders, cook, deal with customers, and wait on patrons who came in to eat. My heart hurt for him seeing him running around with ZERO help in the kitchen, but he never let the overwhelming environment get to him and he was an amazing server with an amazing attitude. To Daniel, I want to thank you for being an amazing human. I am so sorry that you were all by yourself during New Year’s Eve, when everyone in the Valley is ordering pizza. I’m not sure if the staff no called no showed, or if management didn’t staff accordingly to the holiday, but you rocked it tonight. My family is SO proud of you, you deserve a raise or a promotion ASAP, I don’t know how you handled tonight so gracefully

I really like the food most the time it's right, but I always look at my pizza to make sure they put the butter on the crust and enough jalapeños, it seems to be hit or miss with those to things.

Ordered delivery while back didn't get part of order, they said they would put the money back on card for missing items never happened. This time ordered delivery and it took hour and a half to show up on a Thursday. Place is horrible

I order the boneless chicken wing through Uber eats. Everything tasted great, the food was hot, but within the hour I started feeling sick then started vometing I don’t think the chicken is safe to eat because I had food earlier then I had the chicken wings from Pizza Hut and got sick within the hour
Tonight my wife ordered a large two topping pizza the topping was only on half the other half was cheese. And we ordered six piece traditional wings. I heard my wife tell the lady she wanted the other half of my dinner which was supposed to be the pasta. when the order got to my home my wife paid for the food and all we got was pizza and wings( mind you they charged us $ $50 for pizza and wings) they did not bring the pasta, they did not bring the ranch dressing that was asked for the wings,they did not bring the extra pineapple which was asked for the pizza. I've been attempted to call to the store to correct their mistake and get our proper stuff out here in the gentleman I talked to was very rude I'll leave it at that. My wife my family and my children will no longer go to this establishment.!!!! Have a nice day

It was a dine In I was so excited to show my kids the experience of how it used to be decades ago but the Salad bar was empty so not that great of chose but pizza was great
