Thought I'd stop in for a bit of nostalgia. Unfortunately, I missed the buffet. But I was greeted promptly and had a menu brought over with my beverage. The food was the worst part, I think they did their best, the salad was mediocre, everything else tasted like it was reheated. Unfortunately, this seems par for Pizza Hut as a whole lately. Left full, but probably won't be back until some changes are made at the corporate level.

Trying to understand the people that work there their Mexicans that don't know English bad service took me a whole hour to just get something on the line bunch of junk people hate Pizza Hut now because of Mexican wet backs

Had a really disappointing experience. Ordered and paid for a pizza online, and when we got to the store, they had given our pizza away. We weren’t offered a refund, just told we have to wait. So ran an errand and came back 20 minutes later, and the pizza still wasn’t done. They didn’t apologize, and they didn’t offer anything to compensate. Love Pizza Hut but the customer service was awful!

Ordered 1 1/2 hr before scheduled pick up time they called 10 mins before pick up and canceled order. Reordered the food and went to pick up 30mins after got there and they didn’t have order or food done. Then proceeded to say they could make the food but it would be a minute before it was done. Didn’t offer a discount or anything for the trouble they have caused

Pizza hut is a very good pizza restaurant, with a great variety of items in their menu but pizza is the number one item ,the menu also list several delicious foods like calzone so go there or call or order on the Internet for delivery or pick up, you be glad you did. I rate 9 out 10 among the pizza places , it places in the highest ranking in my ratingsParking: Awesome
It was nice to see the lunch buffet being offered again. Sadly, during most of the time we were there, the hot section had nothing on it except a few pitifully dried out bread sticks.After about half an hour, they restocked with pizza and pasta. But by that time, I had to get back to work. I don't allow myself to indulge in pizza often. Hopefully, next time I do, if I choose to return, the kitchen will be more on the ball.

Went in to order my food once I was done ordering a man walked in and had asked if they had any scrap food left over from the night the guy at the counter told the man he wasn’t able to as corporate has them take pictures of left over food before they throw them out so he couldn’t . I’ve work in the restaurant buisness for 3 1/2 years and I am aware that is not how things work. I when outside to stop the man and let him know I’d pay for his food. It was after I paid for the mans pizza that they decided to throw in a free order of bread sticks and the cinnamon twists. It doesn’t take much to help someone out.

Tried placing an order 3 different times in the app, wouldn’t take my card, tried calling 3-4 times, kept directing me to who knows what, sitting there for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to help me. Finally had to come all the way down to the store, as I’m talking to the person taking my order about the strugglings, he rudely cut me off and asked what I wanted seeming uninterested about my complaint. 0/10 recommend this store.
