Used my rewards to redeem a free pizza. When I arrived to pick it up the cashiers said they had no access to the rewards and I owed $30?! I showed them the online confirmation and still said there was nothing they could do.... Yall need to get it together down there. I have used the rewards program plenty, including at this location in the past, but never with this scam involved. Wish I could comment on the pizza, but we didn't even get that far. Be thankful you aren't in a larger city or you'd already be out of business.

I ordered the Large Luau Hawaiian, its been a while since we've ordered pick-up...so...well, where is the toppings??? I added onions and very few were on there! I am so disappointed, they used to have chunks of Pineapple, great slices/pieces of ham, it used to be so good....this was one of the biggest disappointments in a long time.$30+ for a crappy pizza. Its a sad day when you have to add kore topping when you get home...it might be cheaoer to get a cheese pizza & add what you want when you get it home...They lost our business.

Ordered a carryout, large, Supreme, original crust pizza on 12/6/24. Service was good but price was high ($32 with tip) and the pizza quality was LOW.
The pie had minimalist toppings and was mostly cheese and bread. Definitily shrinkflation. Overall some of the worst pizza I've eaten. To be honest, I've had better ($7) frozen pizza from the grocery store.
This large chain varies greatly from location to location in terms of quality, service etc. Recently had the exact same Pizza Hut pie in Nampa, ID and it less expensive, really well prepared and delicious.

This isn't a dig on this restaurant specifically usually their Pizza is pretty good or all right the company has a shared phone service setup I called two different numbers to try and change my delivery time and I wound up talking to three different people and it was already being made by the time I was able to even get a hold of anyone to change it 25-30 minutes before I was able to actually get a hold of someone at the actual Pizza Hut to change my order time

Worse delivery service ever. They never delivered to me and the driver never even tried to find my place despite my detailed instructions of where they needed to go. Instead they sat in one spot for an hour and never tried to find me. When I tried to get it refunded they said I could get a store credit for what i paid, and when I said ok they gave me the manager who told me they would only give me a store credit of 20 bucks

I use to be a delivery driver here approximately 3 years ago? . I was working under Annie Weinberg. She was a great manager, but I believe is no longer the MOD. Encountered some rough days, like being attacked by dogs while training a girl one time. Worst part was having to deliver $300 orders to certain businesses and no tip. I wish the company cared more about their employees and didn't make the customers have to pay the difference in their pay. I think it's unfortunate they don't. Eventually I got fired for breaking a company policy, which was my fault completely, but all and all it was a fun job and good for someone neurodivergent such as myself, as driving and delivering can be helpful in avoiding burnout. Food is overpriced but it you can afford it , the wings are delicious ?. Please tip your drivers
