Vegan options are plentiful and DELICIOUS!!! Hummus like I wish my mama made. FRESH veggies. Plant based meatball Sammie is a dream. Friendly and quick service. Large outdoors eating area for a nice day. I’m happy. The best Cuban coffee outside of Miami.

They have reasonable prices, good portions, and a fantastic bison breakfast burrito with green chile.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of gluten free and plant based options.Kid-friendliness: There are a few kid menu choices and they will love eating outside.

Roots is our favorite spot to enjoy breakfast, coffee or a good pizza. The service is excellent and they are really friendly with dogs. We love it!

Great new spot for food and coffee in Grand Junction. It’s an expansion/extension of the bike shop. Breakfast burritos and lunch sandwiches were excellent. If you’re into woodworking and building with old barn wood this will also be of interest. Worth stopping in town even when passing through. Dog friendly too!
I finally ordered something other than the breakfast burrito….and DAMN! ITS EQUALLY AS GOOD AS THE BREAKFAST BURRITO! Great spot, great food, great people. I’ve been here close to 10x for the record…

I'm from Texas and we love our breakfast tacos. So when I saw the ingredients in their breakfast burritos I had to try one. Now BBQ with eggs in a burrito has to be done right. I'm not saying it was the intention of these guys to create a Texas speciality but they did. Super good. I got my breakfast burrito with pulled pork, potatoes, and eggs. I had the green tomatillo sauce inside and the red sauce on the side. The red sauce is on point. The burrito was super freaking yummy. Highly recommend you try it.
