Good, clean grocery store. Self check out lanes for express items work very well. No issues as with some stores. Able to run in and grab what we needed quickly. Items not found in any other local store were in stock.

Super sad about the customer service at the deli dept. The older gal is just hateful and gets angry when you ask for chicken strips…and the really tall guy is rude and oblivious.. I miss the younger kid who used to be there, he was always so polite.but now i’d rather stop at city market, at least their deli people are kind and don’t make you feel like a bother…

I really like getting my meat products here, the company almost always has the best quality of meat as a whole; but sadly their stores (this one included) are generally so short staffed and their people so very unfriendly that it makes it hard and at times unpleasant to want to shop here. They just don’t seem to know anything about customer service or down home goodness and hospitality.

I asked where the Panera soup had been moved to, David tried to help me but when he asked someone in the deli they said they never heard of that and they were very rude to him. So I went to City Market.

Grocery store more than an all-purpose store. It has a limited amount of miscellaneous items. The prices are more expensive, but when something is on sale, the sales are REALLY good.

Safeway on horizon I purchased a pack of cream puffs evening, wed the 21st a chocolate top one had a thick grey hair in the center of it about 4 inches long

The most helpful employees and so kind. I came in looking for some cold medicine and a thermometer and they helped me find everything I needed. And the Starbucks Baristas were the BEST! Made me feel better by the time I made it out to my car. Thanks Safeway!

I don't normally complain but on senior citizens day they should have more check outs open, I tried to get the senior discount at the self checkout and never got it, again.
