most employees are extremely judgemental and seem to target my family everytime we shop here. weather iy be them standing around starinh at us in the checkout line gossiling saying "watch them they have tattoos" or todays encounter of the boy at the door telling me he has the RIGHT to check my diaper bag because people steal. i let him because i had nothing to hide but i know for a fact they do not have any right to rummage through someones personal belongings. Definitely makes me never want to even shop here anymore. managers might want to give their team members a refresher on the difference between stereotyping people and actually having probable cause to watch someone whos acting suspicious.

The staff wouldn't ask if you needed help... you would try to get there attention and they would ignore you and walk straight past you. Also at the food and drink section the kiosks were down and there was nobody working there. So we asked if we could get the kiosks back up to order some food and drinks and nobody did anything. They said I'll get right on that and we watched them go and do absolutely nothing. It would be different if it was closed however it was noon meaning they should have been open for a few hours. There were multiple people their complaining.

Just had the worst experience ever at the Grand Junction, CO Sam's Club!! While using the self check out one of the employees came up and started harrassing me over the way I was scanning my items and even threw out the accusations that I was trying to get away with not purchasing everything in the cart. I am a frequent customer and dropped another $300+ today. After the employee created such a scene and had people complaining about it in line, I will be reluctant to visit this store again. I have never in all the years of shopping here dealt with such horrible customer service!

This morning we went to take advantage of the senior hours and were greeted by a table of people that would take your list and fill it while you sat in your car. Thank you for helping people keep safe. The line outside before they opened was about 1-2 blocks long and a few people were wearing masks but nobody was social distancing 6 feet apart. People were walking up and cutting into line! SAD!

The prices are decent, but I've never seen employees so overworked in a store like this. Of course, I got ripped off by the cashier machine. I searched the entire store and was unable to locate a manager. Do they even have managers here? Also, I hate the machines. I would rather deal with a person so that I can actually get my change after I order.

I ordered Christmas Cards Dec 5th and still no cards. I'm beginning to think customer service is lying to me everytime I call. I will NEVER order cards from Sam's Club again.

Beautiful store!!! So clean and neat everything was stocked and it looked amazing!!! Employees took pride in their store and were friendly and very helpful too

I like Sam's Club much better than the competition .Was in and out in a jiffy found what I was looking for . Wished they had more items such as the competition but If it keeps me going back then it's all good. Store was well lit and clean
