I asked for a icee FLOAT with ice cream which means a icee with ice cream. This red head didn’t say anything and just put icee in a cup without the ice cream. I specifically asked for ice cream and they ignored my request. Terrible customer service especially that girl with red/orange hair.

Looks like manager has cleared out old reviews or shifted listing in Google to try and get a better star average. Can’t say I blame them. However, quality is still poor, inconsistent on the pizza. Sauce and cheese not starting until 3-4” from edge and amount of toppings steadily reduced. Half pizza had little to no cheese, mostly just the red sauce and pepperoni. The guy taking orders today and serving people was doing a great job! Never seen anyone work as quickly and efficiently at this location, so that’s a definite improvement.

Went to Sam’s club cafe today, don’t suggest you go ing during lunch hour but yummy hot dogs, pizza and ice cream for a really great price! You can tell the staff were very very busy today but they handled the lunch rush like no other! They had good attitudes and were very patient with everyone!

They randomly stop taking orders for pizzas when they feel overwhelmed. That is horrible customer service and literally your job. I really wish your competitor was here in town.

The only requirement to work here is to be old or nasty and rude as hell. The tables are never clean and the condiments have mold.

Can feed my entire city with the change I find in my couch. When the pizza is fresh it is good. But at those prices they could pull it from a dumpster and I would be fine with it. I have always had good luck with the cashiers anytime I have gone there. Plus my wife loves that I took her to an exclusive members only club for dinner.

I have been on hold for 32 minutes waiting to speak with a customer service rep re: an item I bought on Sunday 7/10/22 that expired 6/22/22….

Horrible my pretzel was burnt the pizza was soggy there were no lids for the drinks the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful they take forever then hand you disgusting food that’s not made right.
