I was lucky enough to get a turkey at the last minute. We don’t normally like turkey, but thought a smoked turkey sounded delicious, and boy was it. Juicy and flavorful, and the smoke excellent. My daughter, who hates turkey, absolutely loved it. We agreed it was, without exaggerating, the best turkey we’ve ever had. And here’s a tip, don’t throw out the bones or that yummy stuff in the bottom of the pan-right now I’ve got a pot of the turkey bones with the pan drippings that will slow cook for a couple days to make turkey bone broth. Getting every cent worth of that deliciousness!

Canadians on a road trip; my wife swiped my sandwich and devoured it with beyond satisfactory sounds… so we turned around, headed back and ordered a second round ; and then brisket for take away. Simply delicious. Cannot describe how delicious this bbq is. Price is fair, service fast.

I came here with my husband for a quick snack as we carried on with our road trip. He ordered the brisket sandwich. I had one bite and had to inform him that he had forfeited his sandwich, and if he still needed one, we would simply have to turn around and order another. The sides were amazing and the service appeared to be great, but my husband was the one who got to have a laugh with the owner as he ordered another and I sat in our camper enjoying his sandwich. Best barbecue I’ve had in my life.

All of the sides were artificially colored, dry beans, mac n cheese is walmart boxed garbage. Lemonade was more yellow dye #3, with artificial sweetener.. sad. The brisket was decent. Your $$, your choice. I told them to keep the $$.

Absolutely incredible barbecue! From the moment I walked up, the smoky aroma set the tone for a fantastic meal. The meats were tender, juicy, and packed with flavor – you can tell they know their way around a smoker. The brisket had the perfect balance of bark and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone good with just the right amount of char. The sides were just as impressive; the mac and cheese was creamy & potato salad was loaded with flavor. Friendly staff made it a five-star experience all around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic, mouth-watering barbecue!

We hosted a 550 person International Rifle World Championship at Cameo shooting center in Grand Junction in Sept of 2024. We hired Snooks to do finger foods for the opening ceremony and then also hired them to do the full meal for the closing ceremony. The food and the experience literally could not have been better. They served brisket, smoked turkey, bbq burnt ends, beans and more. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. Do not hesitate to hire them for your catering needs or anything. Mr. Scott was a pleasure to work with. Greg Bell, President of the United States Precision Rifle Association.
