We skipped the traditional turkey meal this year and had Texas smoked brisket and rib eye! What a treat it was! Absolutely amazing food in the middle of Colorado! Thanks for the word of mouth referral . We will be back when we are out that way again.

I was born and raised in Texas and can be critical(in a lighthearted way) about BBQ elsewhere. Snooks Bottom is the real deal. We had the perfectly cooked ribs and the phenomenal brisket sandwich, and everything comes with 2 sides. Sooooo dang good!!

It was hard to find and hidden behind a car wash, but the people were friendly, the outdoor seating was comfortable, and the food was delicious. I got the brisket sandwich with Carolina BBQ sauce, potato salad, and Mac and cheese. The brisket was delicious, juicy, and the burnt ends were to die for. The potato salad was also delicious, but I wasn't a huge fan of the Mac and cheese (but that's on me since I'm not a fan of Texas-style Mac), but as far as Texas Mac goes, it was one of the better ones that I've had. Will definitely be back.

Amazing food and amazing customer service we are frequent customers , we love the ribs they are worth price and the breakfast burritos are the best morning pick me up. The sides really good. This place is hiding behind a car wash. Outdoor seating only. They asked if I preferred most or lean brisket which I always appreciate. The brisket was great. My ribs were good. They were out of the Mac n cheese unfortunately. Didn't enjoy the beans. Good size portions and they were very friendly.
