After working there for a couple years I can assure anyone of the company's high standards in quality fresh ingredients and hard working staff, even if they are under payed they are committed. Most of the bad that can be said about this place is the entitled customer base, i.e. the Colorado Mesa University students. In which unreasonable standards are set to feed their athletic lifestyle and they are pampered by the faculty of the university. A complaints filed against staff always favors the students, even if it was as miniscule as not receiving an extra portion when we were running out of a meal in high demand. Take it from an ex-employee, these kids expect to much from a kitchen already stretched beyond its originally built capacity.
