I rarely eat fast food anymore due the high prices. On 11-22-25. I ordered a chili cheese dog and it gave me some pretty bad food poisoning. I missed a days worth of work. Thanks sonic! I will NEVER go to any of your stores again.

Ordered cheddar peppers and got sour cream peppers. When I called in I spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager, but refused to give their name and stated that those are cheddar, they just might look different. 1. They certainly don't taste cheddar unless they are spoiled and you're giving me expired food. 2. They certainly taste like sour cream. She continued to state that they don't have sour cream peppers so there's no way I got anything else. She was very rude and dismissive and to be fair if this is the type of employees you have managing your franchise I'm quite surprised you continue to have business, but frankly won't be receiving any more of mine or anyone I know after I share this experience with everyone I know.

Got medium order of mozzarella sticks and route 44 coke zero. Almost $9 and I only got 4 mozzarella sticks. No receipt. Now you know why I don't eat there often.

Every time I come to this location I pay for extra cherries in my limeade and have never gotten more than 1 cherry I guess they need my $.50 more than I do…🤷♂️
I normally go through there on the weekends.I have an onion allergy.So I asked for no onions and ended up with onions on my breakfast burrito. When I turned it in , the lady came back and told me that there were no onions, I know there was, and she had an attitude.

Absolute worst made burger I've ever had. Went through drive thu and didn't see it in time or I would have brought it back. Opened the box and it was a complete mess. Whoever put this burger together needs a punch to the throat.

Ordered online to have it delivered at a stall.. waited 27 minutes and finally went up and asked what was going on. The girl said she'll have to check, she said I never checked in, funny thing is I still had my check in complete on my phone.. they just forgot about my food and let it sit there getting cold... 6 cold burgers, 2 cold tots, and 2 cold Coney dogs would not recommend eating any of them room temp

I have been to this location a few times and I usually order chicken sandwiches. Recently I tried the new chicken wraps. I was hoping they would be good and fresh like the commercials. Nope, they tasted old and dry. Every time I come to this north Ave location, the chicken is not good or fresh. Maybe their hamburgers are good because there is always a line. But dont go there for any chicken. Unless you like old dry chicken.
