I would say customer service super nice. The crew is amazing. But they manager does not have the same policy like in other Starbucks. So if u ask in something specific like your custom drink highly not recommend. They will not have available. I could say the barist raley was outstanding she did what she could with the special policy of the manager.

It depends on who makes the coffee for you, most of the time it is not correct. Too much milk or wrong kind of milk and not enough coffee. They can never figure out the order. Last time the drink that I always order, that always costs the same, cost more than what I paid before. And the girl who took my order was very rude, Ridiculous. So we went to Starbucks at Target instead and they made it right, at the right price.

Order a sandwich and coffee through app ahead of arrival three days in a row this week. Coffee ready every time, but end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my sandwich before having to remind someone I haven’t gotten it. Polite staff. Good coffee and sandwich.

Whoever was working the drive through window between 8:30am-9am was incredibly rude. Would rather watch customers struggle to reach. If they cant reach out of the window to customers, they shouldn't be working the window. At least dont be rude about it on top of it.

I come here at least four days a week and I order the same thing every morning, a coffee and a sandwich. I order it through the app. I go in, the coffee is ready but I have to wait because they forget to make my sandwich. Every time. Every single time. Eventually somebody will notice me waiting and ask what I’m waiting for, and then they’ll go make it. Consistently, every single time. I don’t understand if I’m doing something wrong when I order? Or if they’re just that disorganized. But I never have this problem at another Starbucks nearby, so I’m going to start going there instead.

Great cup of coffee! Friendly staff. Quartz not to like with that!

Best unsweetened matcha latte I've ever had

Was helped by Fawn (I believe that was her name), she was personable and got my order quickly. Got an Impossible egg sandwich and a Frappuccino. It was tasty, and the sausage was not over seasoned. The bun was a bit hard on the one side. Otherwise, it was good. The one complaint was that the restroom was pretty dirty. I had even mentioned that the restrooms in Starbucks are usually pretty clean when going into the store, not this one, unfortunately. Overall, the Frappuccino was made perfectly, and the sandwich hit the spot and Fawn/Fern? was great!

Coffee tastes like it's made of coffee. The milk tastes like it came from cows. Would come again

(Yeah yeah, it's pre-cooked and reheated, but it still tastes good!) And of course you can always rely on the Pikes Place for a good coffee. (Tip: Drink it black without anything added! It really does have a good flavor.)

(Yeah yeah, it's pre-cooked and reheated, but it still tastes good!) And of course you can always rely on the Pikes Place for a good coffee. (Tip: Drink it black without anything added! It really does have a good flavor.)

I was there around 5 pm. And ordered a venti chai tea latte through the drive thru. When I got up to the window I asked the barista at the window if their cinnamon dolce latte was any good, she highly recommend it, I said I would get it next time, she offered to add cinnamon dolce cold foam as a good combination, I tried it, and it was delicious. I have to say she is a great batista, and her name is Angelina, I just have to say, she is amazing, and I would definitely come back for another drink from her!!!
