I ordered an iced matcha with the classic sweetener & 4 pumps brown sugar added to it. They didn’t add the sweetener because it’s gross super bitter & I order this often I never have had to add the classic sweetener to It in the past but recently a friend who works there told me they stopped adding it to their matcha so this is why I selected the classic sweetener to add into my matcha and it didn’t get added! Very frustrating as I’m half way to work When taking a sip of it & don’t have time to turn around right now!

Definitely the worst customer service at a Starbucks in Grand Junction. I ordered two drinks and the top was not on one all the way, and it spilled all on the inside of my door. As the guy stood there gossiping with an older woman that worked there I asked if he would get me napkins because it had spilled. He then watched me cleaning my door holding the cup that did not have the top on it securely, and did nothing. I finally look at them as I’m trying to put the top on without bringing it into my car and he said here took the cup. Put the top hand back to me saying nothing. Awful experience, I will not be visiting that Starbucks again.

Every time I mobile order I give at least 10 or more minutes. When I arrive, I rarely get acknowledgment that I’m there and my drink is not ready 95% of the time. I choose to go 5 more minutes out of my way to go to 25 road Starbucks.

We stopped here while on a long journey. The drink tasted like the coffee maker had not been cleaned in weeks. The lady working was really friendly though. My drink was also $7 which is really pricey for drink that tasted so poorly. I was not able to go and get my drink re-made as we had to get on the road.
Starbucks is Starbucks. Theyre all pretty much the same!

Was having a rough day and went there, this absolutely lovely lady served me and was so kind, had such a gentle soul and a fun personality absolutely made my day, and week! I believe her name was Diane and I would go back again just to see her!

This place went from being bad to worst ! They never have food in stock they always mess up my order. The whole staff seems miserable working there they just stopped greeting people. I will not be spending another dime in here!
